I moved into a new condo that had an improperly installed system. Three AC techs over the course of the year failed to give proper advice to fix it. It wasn't until I had a major freon leak that I started to get better advice from various AC repairmen, but I ended up choosing this company for three reasons: 1. Quality advice - I called on Friday right before Memorial Day and no one would take any jobs. Also I knew that I needed a new part and that this would take time to identify and order. Supreme M worked with me and guided me to order the right part myself to speed up the installation schedule. 2. Speed - because I overnighted the part in advance, they were able to install and repair on Wednesday right before a very hot week. One more day and I would have been baking. 3. Price - these guys do not nickel and dime you. Their price for a refrigerant recharge and pipe repair was fair, and it was really a no haggle experience. My refrigerator was warm... warranty expired & the store of purchase charged way too much after that for service, also the repair # listed on the sticker on the merchandise had very High No-refund consultation fees - half the price the fridge cost, . so I called the Supreme M Corporation for help. At first he gave me several advises for me to try to fix the problem myself & when they did not work and I had to get them over for service, they were in my neighborhood. They found the problem fast. Because the refrigerator was "residential," they had minimal experience with them. "Avani" no-name's specific needed part for repair was on Back-order for 2 months! in their own company and was no where to be found on the internet. Supreme M advised me on a place in Brooklyn that had the part in 5 days. It was not that easy for me, but truly was the fastest way ! In retrospect I did the right thing; my parents were very quick to tell me to get a brand new fridge and new fridge would have been a fortune and a waste. Sup. M Corp's service crew came on time, careful clean, helpful & cordial, and I saved so much dough,... and milk from going sour, & learned a few things about electrical equipment & about the resources in our community. Very polite and professional service from a team that communicates often even at off hours over text messages for your convenience. They are very experienced and know exactly the types of units and coverage and installation challenges, what needs to be in place, NYC DOB requirements, etc. They explain thoroughly all the need-to-know information. We had split air conditioning / heating installed in 2 different Midtown commercial locations and they were excellent in both working through the narrow passageways and in-between buildings, going out to haul heavy equipment, etc. Excellent work - make sure you book them in advance as they get very busy! read more

I'm convinced Mihail (Mike) is the ONLY honest AC repair person in NYC. MIHAIL SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST AND ONLY CALL. Background: I moved into an apartment with a seven year old ductless mini split system by an off-brand, Sanyo, which happened to break (air blowed but it wasn't cold) right before Memorial Day weekend. Not only did very few people know how to repair this, but most wanted to charge for the time to figure it out with customer support and THEN wanted to charge $2500 for a part that should have only cost $500. (I'll review those scammers separately). Why I love Supreme M: Mihail was responsive and able to come at a convenient time. I had a good feeling about him immediately, even after being burned by so many of his competitors. Mihail was able to diagnose the issue during his initial service call, which he did not rush. He immediately went to his distributor to order a replacement part (my circuit board in my outdoor unit). There was a hiccup in that my off-brand company (see above), which is no longer is business, evidently no longer makes the part. Mihail provided me with updates every step of the way and did as much as possible to locate the correct part -- but it was no where to be found. I separately found a company that repairs parts, but this company said that the repair would be pointless since the compressor was likely causing the damage. Mihail was very patient while I tried this step, and never pressured me to purchase a new system. Installation of new system: Ultimately I hired Mihail to replace my entire mini-split system (3 indoor units + 1 outdoor unit). I do A LOT of research before I make any purchase (especially an expensive one such as this) and ask probably a million questions. Mihail answered them all, even though I knew he was very busy in the height of summer. He charged an extremely reasonable price and allowed me to pay for the units direct to the distributor on my credit card. We scheduled the install, which took about 1.5 days and the process went very smoothly. His colleague (which I'm so sad but I forget his name!) is also very nice and professional. Everything is working great now - even in those 90 degree days. Mihail also offers a good labor warranty of three years, just in case. In summary: I can't emphasize this enough. If you have a problem with a mini-split, if you are considering installing a mini-split, or have any questions, don't mess with the "big guys" that only see dollar signs and invest their time in making nice websites. Posted my review on Angie's list. "Highly recommend Supreme M Corp. Mike came out in the middle of a Brooklyn heat wave in early May 2017 for a free estimate. He ended up staying almost two hours diagnosing the problem and via the manufacturer hotline (Daikin). Still no charge. He was extremely responsive via text, he instructed me on how to check for my warranty, he answered all my questions thoroughly. In the end, the problem was an expensive PC Computer Board and fan condenser replacement (which he gave me the Daiken Case # to verify). I paid for parts directly to the distributor. This is the first time that I received such a glowing endorsement from a distributor (HVAC Depot). The guy on the phone called him the Rolls-Royce of AC repair and told me how lucky I was to find Mike ("Mihaly"). The day the parts came in, Mike was back at my house and the AC was fixed within an hour.
