However, perhaps it was foolish of us to try engage this company again for another plumbing issue, but after yet another set of weeks of following up and THREE no show appointments we've moved on to another company to do our plumbing work for us. Net - the work is good once finally completed - and good value - but be ready for endless following up and being stood up several times before the project is complete.

Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. Jimmy also went above and beyond to take care of our permits and I am grateful for all his help. In the beginning, when I was shopping for a contractor, I decided to choose them because they gave us an excellent price and explained everything very clearly. The other contractors charge extra for everything (installation, permits and warranty), so you need to make sure to ask them. With Jimmy and his crew, all the charges were included in the price. I wish I could give 0 stars…read more I wanted a whole home humidifier installed in my apartment. Jim's son came next day and installed it back in October 2018. It never performed the way it should have, and Jim would not come take a look at it, only trouble shoot over the phone, and tell me Im doing it wrong. After calling the manufacturer, I was told the problem was that it was hooked up to the cold water line, when it needs to be on the hot water line. Took 3 months of back and forth and ignoring my calls for Jim to finally come and switch the line over at the end of January 2019. Almost immediately after entering my home to make the repair, Jim insulted me, saying I don't know anything about these units, and this is the first one in the thousands that he's installed that didn't work properly. He then over tightened the self piercing saddle valve (which I have since learned are against code in the state of New Jersey), causing it to leak. He became confrontational and blamed me for this leak. He then put some tape and puddy on the leak and got it to stop long enough for him to tell me I was all set and left. Sure enough 2 days later, I came home to puddles of water leaking from my HVAC closet. Jim wouldn't return my phone calls and I had to call in an emergency plumber to fix the situation. They told me that self piercing saddle valves are against code in NJ and are a cheap short cut from doing it right and prone to leaking. I paid over $700 to fix this and install the proper shut off valve, and remove the dead saddle valve on the cold water line. Also after installing this humidifier, my furnace now "short cycles", because its not getting enough air to the furnace as air is being borrowed for the humidifier. Ive called a real company to handle this problem. Overall Jim does not know which humidifier to install based on my HVAC needs. He cuts corner with parts that are against code and has created more problems that he solves. My advice call someone else, or at the very least dont let him put a self piercing saddle valve in your house.

LG sent us to Nextech who informed us that it would cost about $600. We debated just getting a new one but decided that with a new condenser and compressor we essentially would have a new refrigerator. Nextech showed up on time and it was indeed major surgery. They sent two techs who were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing and took their time to get it right. They were here for nearly 4 hours. We were very pleased with the work and the refrigerator is performing like the day we bought it. Highly recommended.
