Wait time for us was not too bad, we actually were there earlier than appt time and had a short wait. Reason for 3 stars- somewhat antiquated and equipment seems pretty old A very very very limited selection of colors I am all about diversity and embracing other cultures- however, absolutely no interaction with the patrons of this establishment. Not a peep. Native language amongst the staff - lacked any personal attention. As well, for a fill and gel color, being there almost 2 hrs was exhausting. On the up side, if I could give a 1/2 Star to make it a 3.5 for not cringing or giving me attitude or a hard time for wanting a special design. read more

My daughter got a pedicure. I received a pedicure and manicure and this is my nails two days after. The nail polish might be old. The female attendant that did my pedicure didn't do that great a job. My pedicure felt rushed. This was my second time using the same female attendant and the work was poor both times. I've had work done at this nail salon before always by male attendants and I always left extremely pleased. Consistency matters so I might have to try a new salon. The service isn't friendly. The workers aren't all nice. The salon has been updated and it's cleaner than it was before so that was a plus. read more

Don't bother. I had to file my own nails, he didn't evenly file let alone evenly apply the product. I was going to get French but he couldn't properly do French style. When I moved seats, one of the girls put my AirPod headphones case (see picture) on the floor which maybe it's just me, but I'm a germaphobe, I don't like my belongings on the floor especially for headphones that go on my face and head. Just don't come, unless you don't care the quality of your experience or nails. This full in was $55 I left $60 cash.even tho I debated the tip, maybe I shouldn't have. Once I was done, I have my hand sleeves on (see picture) and he was rubbing lotion on my hands and all over my sleeves which another no no for me, I had to stop him and point that out but he didn't seem to care. just careless with the service and the clients belongings. My mother in law comes here but she gets a simple regular polish pedicure, she's not one to complain or speak up. I was skeptical reading the reviews thinking how bad could it be so I tried it for myself. Boy was I wrong. The WORST manicure I've ever had in my life. Pedicure was okay but just okay- felt rushed considering I got a spa pedicure. Every step of the "spa" felt rushed and as if the technician didn't want to do it. The manicure was terrible- I asked for a specific color and technician came back with a completely different color that I had to ask if that was the color I picked because it looked nothing like it. Color was changed and everything was okay or so I thought. As the technician was doing my manicure he would do 1 coat on each nail and then go back to do more on each nail before placing in the uv light (I got gel) I have never seen this before. He also wouldn't allow the nails to go through its proper drying cycle. The more I thought about it the more I realized he didn't properly prep my nails for a gel manicure- didn't file my nails or put the cleaning solution on them. After the manicure I paid and left. After returning home I noticed what an absolute terrible job they did. Gel all over my skin on one of my finger, polish missing from the bottom or side of my nails, etc. I was too embarrassed to go back to have them fix it because I was afraid they would make it even worse. I used to go to Supreme Nails & like them but lately they nickel & dime everything they charge extra for top coat most salons don't, when you go to get waxed before your even out of the room they tell you what you owe them before even making it to the register which is very unprofessional & tacky. They also used to give back massages after getting your nails done and they no longer do that either but then they look at you for a tip as you're walking out the door. I found some place much better massages welcome they don't nickel and dine everything do yourself a favor and run do not walk out of this place you're not missing anything they seriously went downhill and they're not even that friendly anymore. Nail review I Had an appointment at 2 PM! 7/31/2022 I got my Manicure and pedicure done. Lady did my pedicure also did my manicure, she indicated she did not know how to do my French manicure, but she continue to File my nails and she was getting ready to dip my nails into the powder when I said I need tips, she then did my tips and she left to fingers with out the tips and I was like ahh I pointed out that she missed my 2 fingers it was very unprofessional. After 2 1/2 hour later, Someone had an appointment at 3 pm show up 15 minutes later had her Nails done way before mine how is that possible?. Here I am still waiting on a gentleman that just finished someone else's nail if I want to French I should be waiting on him then he came along and roughly finish up my nails. On table there say if your nails happened to be broken in 10 days they can fix it all you have to do is pay a tip why is that their?. I paid $ 88 + tips for both and Here I am August 5, They getting caught in my hair and they crack halfway every each finger. I went in before work and I told them one of the nail picked up at work if they could glue it she said she could fix it if I wait 11:30 I start work at 11:30 I told her I'll stop by tomorrow at 11 and she could fix all my nails and she said okay! Next day I go in, she looks at my nails and she says this never happened before I can fix it but she is going to charge me half price $25 and she's not going to do a French asks me to pick a color! I was pissed I said I already paid you week ago want me to pay you again for you to fix my nails that wasn't done right in first place!! it Is not acceptable I will never return here again and I just walked out! Went here after needing a short notice acrylic set after breaking 2 of my nails that day. Got an appointment very quickly, which was great. No wait time. I needed a whole new acrylic set and still had some on my nails. For the removal, this guy took cuticle cutters and RIPPED THEM OFF MY NAILS. He repeated to tell me that it was "fine". Needless to say, my nails still hurt. Not removed like a trained nail tech should be removing them. He was also extremely rough with my hands. The shaping of the new set and painting was fine, though. Very disappointed, will not be coming back. Also, the place is very dirty. I don't think they clean the table between customers, and certain common used equipment (such as foam arm/hand rests) are not covered with any sort of sanitary covering. They just picked it up seemingly off the floor and tossed my hand onto it. read more

My sister and I went there to get our nails done and were unhappy with our experience. They worked quickly, but our nails came out too wide and too thick. To be honest, this was my first time going to this salon and it's definitely going to be my last as well. The overall experience was upsetting. Although they took us in without an appointment, it felt as if they didn't want us there. Everything felt very rushed. I understand that it is a business and they most likely make commission but for many, going to a salon is something they do to get pampered and feel relaxed. I'm not sure on the man who did my nails but he seemed as if my being there was an inconvenience. He was pulling on my wrist to bring me closer instead of asking me to bring my hands closer. He was also sort of tossing my hands to the sides after he was done, instead of placing them down. Another thing that really bothered me was when I was putting my hands in the uv light for the gel, I accidentally tapped the side. Even though there was no polish ruined, he was very passive aggressive and basically snapped telling me not to tap again and that I had to be careful. Yes, I tapped the side on accident but you could be a bit nicer when telling a customer to be careful. Lastly, as I was waiting for my sister to finish her nails, I was sitting at his table. He had another customer and instead of being polite and asking my to move, he was very rude. He basically commanded me to move. All together the experience wasn't positive. I've been looking for a good nail salon and thought I found one coming here, however!!! My first time going my nails were a bit wide at the tip but I was ok with them for the price. I went back last week (12/19/19) for a fill-in and left happy. I went to a different person who fixed the shape and did a great job. Flash forward to (12/25/19) less that a week later and one of my nails break in half. I called (12/26/19) and let them know the nail broke and I was coming to get it fixed. The guy that originally did them wasn't there so I went to another guy who said it would be $3 to fix which I objected to since I got them done there and they broken less than a week later. They went ahead and fixed it but he was so rude. He basically slapped the nail on, barely shaped it, slapped on one coat of paint and sent me on my way basically. He kept pushing and pulling my hand in the direction he wanted it to go and kept waving at me to do things. When he asked me to go wash my hand he waved me away which I thought was very rude. He put my hand into the UV light and just walked away. When I was done I just walked out. Very dirty place. Tables,arm pads,mirrors,windows and the floor are filthy. They do nice mani and pedi. Won't go back unless they clean up the place and use the plastic cover for the pedi tubs like other salons do. It's a shame because the people are very nice. read more

Horrible experience. Would never go back. My friend and I had appts for pedicures. They sat us right away but there was only one technician for both of us. We chose our pedi and she put the lotions on us and placed our feet in water. She proceeded to work on my friends feet and leave me soaking. After about 20 minutes I had to ask her to take whatever they put on my legs off bc it was burning. After another 5-10 minutes I took my feet out of the tub bc they were turning into prunes (30 minutes in the tub at this point). I sat and waited another 20 minutes for her to finish my friend's pedi and massage. The owner came over and said they were really busy today and for our problems he will give each of us a free decoration on one toe. I said no thank you I'm not going to have my friend sit here for another 45 minutes while I get a pedi. We had appts. They took a man who walked in right after us in for a pedi instead of giving me that technician. Very poor service. I walked out and refused to pay anything. If they were so busy they should have told us that when we made the appt. We would have come in at a different time. read more

1 star is even too much for this place. Went for a UV gel fill in. It took 2 hours, my hands were cut up and bleeding and I have more gel on my skin then I do my nails. Didn't even stay for polish the work was so terrible. Total waste of money and time. Going somewhere else to have their work fixed. When I called to complain and request even a partial refund I was given every excuse in the book and was told to come back so they could "fix" the issue.
