I can't recommend Miguel enough! As soon as I submitted my service request, he reached out right away and was at our home within the hour. He thoroughly inspected our water heater, flushed it, and did everything possible to fix it. Unfortunately, the unit had completely failed. Miguel went the extra mile the next morning, contacting the manufacturer first thing to see if any parts could be replaced under warranty. Despite his efforts, due to an issue with how our home builder installed the piping, the warranty was void. At that point, Miguel gave us honest advice that replacing the unit would be more cost-effective. Knowing we had no hot water, he prioritized us and came early the very next day to install a new water heater and properly fix the piping.
