I'm very disappointed with how this club treats its swim team members…read more Although we pay both membership fees and swim team fees, swimmers are not allowed to use club towels, spa facilities, or the adult locker room, even when children are accompanied by adults and under supervision. Meanwhile, these amenities are available to other members. This creates a clear sense of inconsistent and unfair treatment toward a specific group of paying members. What is particularly frustrating is that these rules and differences in treatment were not clearly explained at the time of joining or during the sign-up process. Members are not made aware in advance that swimmers may be treated differently or have more restricted access compared to other members. There have also been repeated instances where a female parent has entered the boys' locker room many many times, which raises additional concerns about how locker room access rules are being enforced and managed. I have raised these issues with management, but they have not been addressed in a transparent or satisfactory way. If you are considering joining with children in the swim team, I would strongly recommend asking very specific questions about facility access and how policies are applied before committing.

It's a large soccer facility with bleachers for fans and family for soccer games and events. There's a snack bar, which was closed for the party, and an eating area, that was quite tight for a party of 60 when we're eating at the same time, but fortunately, we were able to spread out and use the bleachers when we ran out of table space. This is a great venue for soccer fans and soccer players, especially on very hot days like today, when you can still enjoy where it's cool indoors. All the kids had a great time. Finding the place was quite challenging on map apps, because it got you to the location, but if you didn't know to turn in, and drive clear to the back, past rows of warehouse buildings to the very end, and turn right, you will have trouble finding it.

FREE parking is a plus. Place was packed! The small bleachers seemed to fit a lot of parents and other kids waiting for their turn to play. Food avail at the snack bar were regular snack foods, mostly catered to the Latin community (tacos/churros/mexican coke and candies from Mexico) What I ordered: Churros (2 for $2) Small slushie ($2) Cheese fries ($8) Mexican Coke The employees were super friendly and helpful! Fast service. Clean tables. Bathrooms may need better cleaning but wasn't too bad. Not enough space for parents in the snack bar area, mostly people were standing around and in the way.. I'll be back for soccer games in the future.

I received a 5-day pass. Unfortunately, I was only able to try one class. The class schedule didn't work with my traveling and work schedule. I took the Ride class with Thuy. It was so much fun. The room was bigger than I expect and well ventilated. Thuy's energy was contagious! The choreograph and music was on point. I felt like I was at a dance party. I wish I was able to try the Reform, CS4 and sauna. The sauna room looks inviting and spacious. They also have red light therapy, cryto therapy room and more recovery services. Some of these are add-on to the standard membership. They have a ton of free weights and various strength machines and cardio machines. They even have a dedicated section for stretching and foam rolling. My only complaint is the bathroom. Maybe it was towards the end of the day but the bathroom stall was a mess with paper all over the floor and it was stinky. Parking is difficult, especially during the busy hours. I had to circle around and stalk behind someone that was leaving to get a spot. I think if you come late at night and middle of the day, parking situation should be better.

However, their strict "no gym bags on the floor" policy is a total dealbreaker for me. Fantastic facility, but that one rule makes it impossible for me to join.

The showers are the same, but might've had a deep clean, we've not been here in months, but some noticeable improvements seem to be there in the women's bathroom. But the shower area floors (and the hallways leading to the showers) were soaking wet and truly a safety issue, a major slip and fall hazard which is quite concerning. No staff was seen in the women's locker room at all in the 1.5-2 hours I was there changing, then going to work out and then coming back to shower, etc. Staff at front desk was welcoming, but didn't see any staff cleaning at all, and janitorial staff (assuming there are some at this huge location) can't keep up and/or have not done a thorough job. It's always crowded here regardless of time of day and so the cleanliness is a huge issue. Dropping off the younger one to the kids' club, there was nothing really for him to do since there's no basketball hoop (kids sized or one of those portable ones filled w/sand/water in the bottom) and there's only that indoor play structure/netted cubes thing that he's outgrown, so he ended up reading while we worked out which kind of defeated the purposes for him to go exercise. In the back, there's the swimming pool which certainly is big and there several of them, people do their lap swimming here, and there's a more recreation pool too, so that's another nice feature in the warmer months and those are frequently packed. B/C of this the floor is even more wet in spring through fall months when the pools are open, so maybe more mopping up every couple of hours or for a staff to check or even just leave a mop for members to mop up the wet floor is a good idea so people don't slip and fall in the locker rooms. Overall, some slight improvements since our last visit, but can still use more consistent cleaning and upkeep.

No communication at all, not even by email. I called the gym on 5/6/2026 and spoke with one of the front desk associates who walked me through requesting membership cancellation on the Crunch app. I asked clarifying questions to make sure that I was paying any necessary dues to ensure a smooth termination. I was told by the associate that all I was responsible for was the dues for June, which she said would get deducted as it normally does. The month of June came and instead of getting deducted on the day it normally does (as I was told), it got taken out on the first, which was not a big deal; however, then I started getting emails about owing additional dues. I initially thought the email was a scam since the email address was not a Crunch email, so I called the gym once again on 6/11/2026 and spoke with the general manager, Jennifer. I explained the situation and she seemed empathetic. She told me she would speak with membership services to have my dues waived and would confirm with me directly by giving me a call back the next day. It is now 6/21/2026, nine days after I was promised a callback, and this issue has not been resolved. I am receiving ongoing harassing emails. I suggest avoiding membership at this gym. It has not been a smooth termination process at all.

I'm writing to share some concerns I have about the youth basketball organization my grandson…read moreplayed for. While I did appreciate that the organization existed, I'm worried about the safety, fairness, and nonpositive lessons it's providing to the kids. This organization, its owners and the referees that they either employ, but say that they're volunteers should no longer be an existence. It's unfair to the children who are trying to build good basketball skills, good sportsman skills. One thing that's been a concern is that some of the owners are also the coaches. This dual role can make it hard to ensure everyone is treated fairly and impartially when it comes to team building. It seems like the referees are sometimes influenced by the coaches' aka owners instructions, which isn't ideal. This situation also puts the children at risk. When a child reports rough play or fouls, which are usually against the rules in other leagues, the organization's policy doesn't allow them to criticize the referees. Because of this, referees aren't held responsible for their actions, no matter how they play. I've seen firsthand how children can get hurt, scratched, and learn bad playing habits during games. These incidents really show how the organization isn't doing enough to look out for the kids. Plus, the organization's structure seems a bit biased. With multiple owners and coaches involved, there's a chance for favoritism and unfair treatment. Since there are so many great youth basketball programs in the Sacramento area, like Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, and Natomas, I would suggest thinking about other options for your child. Making sure your kids are safe and happy should be your main focus.
