The showers are the same, but might've had a deep clean, we've not been here in months, but some noticeable improvements seem to be there in the women's bathroom. But the shower area floors (and the hallways leading to the showers) were soaking wet and truly a safety issue, a major slip and fall hazard which is quite concerning. No staff was seen in the women's locker room at all in the 1.5-2 hours I was there changing, then going to work out and then coming back to shower, etc. Staff at front desk was welcoming, but didn't see any staff cleaning at all, and janitorial staff (assuming there are some at this huge location) can't keep up and/or have not done a thorough job. It's always crowded here regardless of time of day and so the cleanliness is a huge issue. Dropping off the younger one to the kids' club, there was nothing really for him to do since there's no basketball hoop (kids sized or one of those portable ones filled w/sand/water in the bottom) and there's only that indoor play structure/netted cubes thing that he's outgrown, so he ended up reading while we worked out which kind of defeated the purposes for him to go exercise. In the back, there's the swimming pool which certainly is big and there several of them, people do their lap swimming here, and there's a more recreation pool too, so that's another nice feature in the warmer months and those are frequently packed. B/C of this the floor is even more wet in spring through fall months when the pools are open, so maybe more mopping up every couple of hours or for a staff to check or even just leave a mop for members to mop up the wet floor is a good idea so people don't slip and fall in the locker rooms. Overall, some slight improvements since our last visit, but can still use more consistent cleaning and upkeep.

Beware, this one is going to be long and detailed…read more I have been a member of this specific Crunch Gym for quite some time, but I recently decided to cancel my membership after they failed to inform me of the increase in my monthly dues. No communication at all, not even by email. I called the gym on 5/6/2026 and spoke with one of the front desk associates who walked me through requesting membership cancellation on the Crunch app. I asked clarifying questions to make sure that I was paying any necessary dues to ensure a smooth termination. I was told by the associate that all I was responsible for was the dues for June, which she said would get deducted as it normally does. The month of June came and instead of getting deducted on the day it normally does (as I was told), it got taken out on the first, which was not a big deal; however, then I started getting emails about owing additional dues. I initially thought the email was a scam since the email address was not a Crunch email, so I called the gym once again on 6/11/2026 and spoke with the general manager, Jennifer. I explained the situation and she seemed empathetic. She told me she would speak with membership services to have my dues waived and would confirm with me directly by giving me a call back the next day. It is now 6/21/2026, nine days after I was promised a callback, and this issue has not been resolved. I am receiving ongoing harassing emails. I suggest avoiding membership at this gym. It has not been a smooth termination process at all.

I'm very disappointed with how this club treats its swim team members…read more Although we pay both membership fees and swim team fees, swimmers are not allowed to use club towels, spa facilities, or the adult locker room, even when children are accompanied by adults and under supervision. Meanwhile, these amenities are available to other members. This creates a clear sense of inconsistent and unfair treatment toward a specific group of paying members. What is particularly frustrating is that these rules and differences in treatment were not clearly explained at the time of joining or during the sign-up process. Members are not made aware in advance that swimmers may be treated differently or have more restricted access compared to other members. There have also been repeated instances where a female parent has entered the boys' locker room many many times, which raises additional concerns about how locker room access rules are being enforced and managed. I have raised these issues with management, but they have not been addressed in a transparent or satisfactory way. If you are considering joining with children in the swim team, I would strongly recommend asking very specific questions about facility access and how policies are applied before committing.

Parking is incredibly easy, as there's a big parking lot. You do want to arrive early for yoga to get a good spot. They have limited thick mats that you can place underneath your mat. She'll put on the best music and really talk about what we are strengthening with each pose. She gives variations if you want a deeper stretch. The restrooms here are also incredibly nice. I don't really use the rest of the gym. It does look incredibly spacious and nice. For now, I'll stick to yoga but maybe one day I'll actually explore the rest of the gym.

The main issue is consistency. Some days the gym feels clean and well-maintained... other days, not so much. Wipe stations can be empty, and the locker rooms are generally clean, could use more regular upkeep. Nothing terrible--just little things that add up. Crowds can also be hit or miss. If you go during peak hours, be ready to wait for the popular machines or deal with people camping out on equipment. On the positive side, the staff sometimes seem unapproachable , and the membership price is excellent for what you get. The pool and sauna are nice bonus. Overall, City Sports is a good workable gym with potential, just not always the most consistent experience. If they tightened up on cleanliness and maintenance, it could easily jump to a 4.5. I would rate it a 3.5 but unfortunately that's not available.

A New Favorite Club in the Area!…read more I finished work today and thought, "Let me see what the closest 24 Hour Fitness is around here." Turns out, this location was literally a 4-minute drive away, so of course I had to check it out! I've been wanting to get a feel for some of the different clubs anyway, and I'm glad I did. First off, the location is nice, the entry setup is pretty interesting, and the staff were friendly right from the start. But what really stood out to me was how clean this place was. Like... actually clean. I'm usually not someone who changes in the locker room because I'm always thinking about cleanliness and whether I want my clothes touching everything, but I felt comfortable enough here to actually change and get ready without worrying about it. The equipment was in really good shape, and there was a great amount of equipment available, which I really appreciate. Nothing is more annoying than going to a gym, seeing the one machine you need occupied, and realizing you're about to stand there for 20 minutes waiting. Here, there was enough gear to move around and keep my workout going without feeling like I was fighting everybody for a machine. And then, just to make the visit even better, I randomly ran into an old coworker! That definitely made the whole experience even more fun and unexpected. Overall, this was a really good first impression. Clean, friendly, good equipment, good atmosphere, and plenty of space to get your workout in. I came in just wanting to try out a different club and left already knowing I'll be back the next time I'm in the area. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a solid place to get your workout in. Thank you guys for what you do! I'll definitely be back!

It's a decent-sized facility with a good amount of equipment, but the cleanliness is a major issue. Unfortunately, the gym is often very dirty. It's not uncommon to see bodily fluids or residue left on equipment, and many members don't seem to follow basic gym etiquette like wiping things down after use. At a certain point, it feels like the environment has gotten so unclean that people stop caring about maintaining it. One of the biggest differences compared to the gym across the street is the upkeep. Staff there are constantly cleaning--wiping down machines, vacuuming, and maintaining the restrooms. Members have gym etiquette. Here, it often feels like grime just builds up over time. The restrooms in particular can smell like mold, and there's frequently hair and debris around. Overall, while the size and equipment are decent, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes it hard to recommend.

Not here! Coaches JB, Jojo, Kendall, and Kai all know you by name here and treat you like family from the get go. I have tried losing weight so many times in the past, to the point where I did really unhealthy things for years to try to get the number on the scale to go down. Then, a few months after I started at this gym, they proposed the challenge to lose 20 pounds in six weeks. I had never lost that much weight ever, let alone in six weeks, but given that I'd already lost 10 pounds since starting at the gym from diet and exercise, I figured it'd be worth a shot. It was HARD. A lifestyle change through and through. Going to the gym 4-5 times a week, getting 10K steps minimum a day, and eating so clean were things I was not used to. But they were with me every step of the way checking on me and my progress. And in the end, I lost 26 pounds in 6 weeks!! I've never been prouder of myself, and I am so thankful to this gym for their support. I think if there's anything that I'd change about this challenge, I would have liked for there to be another metric besides weight that could be used to track progress and constitute a "success" for the challenge. I say this because I saw some of the other people at the gym doing the challenge that were obviously losing inches all over their bodies but were still stressed out because the number on the scale was not reflecting the progress they were seeing. So maybe for future challenges, if there's a way to make it like "20 pounds or X amount of inches lost in six weeks" I think that'd be good. Just a suggestion though! All things considered, the people I spoke to that were stressed about the number were still able to push through and make it in the end. Thank you guys so much for changing my life.
