We came back a few weeks later after we got seat covers and Vinh was kind enough to rewash the seats at no cost before installing the covers for us. I recently brought my 2025 Civic in for a Premium Interior Detailing after a milkshake spill on the rear leather seats. At $200, I expected a thorough, all-inclusive service--unfortunately, the results did not match the price. Positives: - The rear trunk and carpets were nicely vacuumed. - Both the carpet and all-weather floor mats were cleaned thoroughly. - The doors appeared properly detailed. - The milkshake spill on the rear seat was partially addressed. Negatives: - The carpet floor mats were still damp at pickup, which risks mold growth. - Despite being "Premium" interior detailing, the rear seats were not entirely clean; you can still see milkshake residue in the perforations of the leather. - The plastic around the climate control and steering column seems to have been scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, leaving deep scratches that will be difficult to buff out. - The windows were not cleaned, and the head unit, gauge cluster, dashboard, and sunglasses holder were untouched--dust was still visible in those areas. - My USB-C charger, which was plugged in when I dropped the car off, went missing. Overall, I believe this detailing shop should seriously consider overhauling its packages to better align with the prices charged. For instance, a $200 "Premium Interior Detailing" should include a complete interior wipe-down (including all windows and surfaces) rather than nickel-and-diming customers for basic services. As it stands, you only get exactly what's listed, leaving much to be desired for a so-called "premium" package. read more

I will preface this by saying that my experience was overall pretty positive, and my issue was pretty unique, so it likely cannot be generalized to other people. Last week I took my car (bought in 2021 and had not had the interior cleaned until then) to Detailing Masters for an interior deep clean, because I spilled milkshake on the passenger seat rug, and didn't want the dairy to fester inside my car. I put the emphasis on shampooing the rugs above all else, as that is my biggest concern. Got my car back after about 3 hours, looks pristine, didn't really check the rugs in my trunk as they're still wet, but I took them out at night to let it dry off. Haven't driven my car since due to the holidays. Today, I found that mold has grown on the passenger seat rug, as well as the right rear seat rug. There are also still sticky remnants on the passenger seat rug, likely from the chocolate chips. I'm quite frustrated with this, and tossed both rugs to soak in warm water with detergent, and belatedly realized I should've taken photos first to back up my claims, but oh well. Again, my overall experience was fairly positive, but I am disappointed that my one concern was not properly addressed, and I ended up having to clean mold off of my rugs on my own. My car also smells mildewy now, which is just the cherry on top of everything else. read more

I got my tenth generation Honda Accord an interior detail with an engine bay cleaning. When I dropped off my vehicle, they estimated it will be done in three hours. About an hour and a half later, they texted me saying my car is done. I was a bit skeptical that they may not do a thorough detail, but much to my surprise, they did an excellent job. In addition, I had them install a set of F1 custom floor mats. I gave them a $40 tip for doing an outstanding job. The only thing is that Zam speaks limited english. Took my white Mustang 2019 here for an exterior wash and wax, their package 6. I'm the type to be very picky with my car so I normally hand wash and wax my car myself, but I just don't have the time anymore. I ended up extremely satisfied with the service here! First of all, it feels like great value. Washing and waxing my car takes me 2 hours and a half alone, plus I end up fatigued after. Here, it only takes about an hour to an hour and a half and they also clay bar and do some additional exterior detailing steps. As a nurse, I just don't have time to do all that stuff myself anymore. Also, the process for making an appointment online is very easy. You just pick your service package and and a time. For the service itself, my car came out clean and shiny. I'm very paranoid about my car so I snuck a couple peaks while he was waxing my car, and I saw he was extremely careful with it which made me really happy. I had the pleasure of taking my car here and getting it worked on by Jack, one of the business owners. I went last weekend to get my Mazda detailed. After 5 hours, we went to pick up the car. It looked good on first inspection and since this was the first time I have gotten my car cleaned, it all just looked fine. However, once I drove the car home, i realized that the carpets still had soap in them. Assuming it was shampoo that would dry overnight, i left it as it was. I took the car out next on Monday (1 day later). The car was stinking!! The mats hadn't dried. I took out the mats (they've still not dried btw.) however, the interior of the car is still stinking. Also, the car windscreen now keeps forming a layer of mist every morning on the inside. I tried contacting the service to see of they can do something about it before dropping this review. I was told that they would come fix it today. However, I've not gotten a call about this, all my messages are left on unread. I wanted to love this place and make them a regular. But it's seriously not worth it. Save your money and car. I need to go elsewhere to get it cleaned and get the horrible damp smell out of the car. read more
