I desperately needed my headlights restored and my sister recommended Luxury1 after getting her headlight restoration fixed, she had gotten them done at a car wash and they fogged right back up. Response time was super quick on my inquiry and they have a ton of other services they do so in addition to my headlights I thought why not give my engine some TCL and have it cleaned. This is a mobile service which is great for people like me because I was able to book services for a day that I work from home. Communication was great! I scheduled Kent to come at 9am on a Monday morning to detail my 2003 Audi A4 I had bought a few years ago from a friend. It was definitely showing wear from driving with the top down for the past few summers. The entire car was embarrassingly filthy! He arrived on time and took over while I went to work, he thought it would take 3 hours. I waited for the call and when it didn't come, I checked in with him. It was taking longer to get the leather seats looking spotless, clean the carpets, the soft top, etc. In all - he worked on the car for 5 hours but still charged me just the original price he quoted from before he saw the car. Excellent service from Kent at Luxury1. I contacted him about a fairly large scratch on the rear of my car. He asked for some photos, explained what needed to be done, and scheduled me in two days later. He showed up on time and although he said the scratch won't be gone completely, I definitely can't see a thing. He had to re-coat that panel of the car with ceramic coating which meant he couldn't wash it that day since it needs to wait a few days. I contacted Kent to get a quote for a complete detail of my Aston Martin DB11, a car which is my pride and joy. I wanted the car washed, polished and waxed and the leather interior (there's a lot of leather) cleaned and treated with leather balm. Black car owners beware!! Would not recommend. Owner is argumentative. Used for first time and paid $300 cash (was not given a receipt upon request) for a full detail. Had to battle for a refund and settled for 50% refund amount. I spent $286 buying a polisher and supplies to polish the scratches and polish marks left behind by this "professional". Black vehicle owners beware!! (He missed the entire engine bay, around the trunk, and the accordion seal around the sunroof.) There is more to this story but don't want to write a novel. This is meant to give my personal first time experience with this detailer. Gave two additional chances to him to make things right and things came out worse each time.
