Since this was during the day, we had to leave the key with our concierge and they picked it up and returned it accordingly. I was really excited about this service because the reviews were so great, but I was so disappointed!! The good part is that the 2 ladies that came were early instead of late. They were also friendly, which was good. Maybe the problem was that I was their last job of the day, because they clearly couldn't wait to leave and their work showed it. In the bathroom, I had to ask them to clean the sink again because it was just ... still dirty. Like OBVIOUSLY dirty. I provided Comet and she seemed to get it clean the second time. But honestly, it seemed like things had been wiped down, and not necessarily with a cleaning product. Also, there were still water drippings (from hot showers) at the tops of the mirrors. Like they were wiped, but not thoroughly. I had to inquire about whether the floor in the kitchen was mopped because it looked swept, but like no water had hit it. She mopped it (I saw her do it), but my problem is that I had to go behind people whose actual job it is to clean about things like this. They were telling me they were about to leave when I had to ask whether she was going to mop the floor (outside of the kitchen and bathroom). She made an excuse about thinking it was hard wood flooring (it's laminate), but there are so many places that have hard wood floors, why wouldn't you bring cleaning materials for everything? Or at least inquire as to what the floor is made from? Also, there was dust left everywhere. They maybe got half of it. But I was using my hand vac that evening to try to get all the spots on the floor where they missed it. And the dust was plentiful. The bench in front of my bed wasn't moved, so there was a bunch of dust under it (and it is so easy to move, it just slides). I have an etagiere (an open glass and brass bookcase) that was not dusted AT ALL. there was literally a coating of dust on every part of it. I also had to ask her to come back inside and vacuum the rug. To be fair, I had recently bought a vacuum cleaner (still unassembled) that would help them, but how hard would it have been to confirm whether I wanted the rug done? They left streaks all on the front of my refrigerator. For the most part, they cleaned AROUND things, instead of actually picking things up and dusting well. Dusting and floors are the 2 things I hate to clean the most and those are the things they did the worst job on! They did fold my clothes nicely. So I guess that's a plus. Overall, the job they did (when I stayed following up on whether things were done and actually clean) was OK. Just not nearly good enough. read more

I paid for a deep cleaning but did not receive one, and I stupidly tipped $20 each. The ladies were very kind & pleasant, but I Will not be a return customer and would not recommend your company. There are so many things that weren't even touched, and I literally moved everything out of their way before they arrived. I received a light cleaning. They left all of my downstairs windows unlocked, and I never expected them to even do windows, like wtf? They spent more time on the windows than the bathroom or kitchen. Supreme Team Cleaning gives consistent results. I have used this service for deep cleaning as well as bi-monthly for 2 1/2 years. Joe cleans better than any of the employees, but most of them are great too. I've had issues with two of the employees not cleaning as well as they should and Joe fired one set due to multiple complaints and retrained the others. Joe is great at responding to last-minute requests and has rarely not been able to provide a cleaning team. The price is incredibly fair and the time I don't spend cleaning I can spend with my kids. They were only here for an hour and 15 minutes (it is a 5-person house and pretty big, though they were not cleaning bedrooms) before they said they were done and wanted me to check. I went and looked and the floors had not been as cleaned as much as I expected. There were corners of the rooms and stairs with dust and dirt still and the main flooring was not very clean. I pointed out a few spots (because we had paid a lot of money for a mediocre job!) and they half-hazardly cleaned them some more and left.
