I have a rav4, that need regular oil, not premium expensive oil, both times I asked the cheapest oil, and both times they charged me 120$. First time I warned them that wasn't the oil I asked. They said there was nothing to do about. I paid and done. Next time (dont even know why I went), my Husband asked again, the cheap oil changed, again they charged 120$ over 50$ regular oil. They just charge whatever they want and expects you to pay for. It's a shame because I have taking many cars to this place but never coming back again.

First item that caught my eye was the price, lower a good sign, the whole place was well lit bright and inviting. The people at the front end seemed to make a little more effort in getting the top dirt off. All I wanted was the basic service and there was no attempt to upsell me which was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was at the end. You exit and there are employees there with towels to wipe down the car, well wipe they did but my windows were more smudged after! Not a big deal but still a deduction of a star. All in all my experience was better than expected given the abundance of poor reviews.

Whenever I am on Long Island, I budget extra time to bring my baby, um- my car, in for some pampering. The staff is quick and efficient, and the service is unbeatable. They clean everything! A reasonably-priced basic wash includes vacuuming, windows cleaned inside and out, dash and console are wiped down, and door & truck sills are dried. For another couple of bucks, you can have the trunk vaccumed or the tires shined...there is a menu of a la carte services to choose from. They even take the extra second or 2 to hook the floor mats, rather than just tossing them back on the floor...a pet peeve of mine that other car washes do. On my last visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see they use an air gun to dry the hard to reach places like behind the side view mirrors...ingenious! No more drops when you drive away:-) The owner is a nice guy and very meticulous about the care each car receives. He carefully checks over each and every vehicle before it leaves the lot. He obviously loves what he does and cares about the service his customers receive...and it shows. Plan to be here for at least 15 minutes if it's not crowded, longer if there is a line. It's worth it. You will not be disappointed, and your car will look new inside and out :-)

And I will always find an excuse not to go. Sigh. Okay so I got very comfortable going to the basic "gas station car wash" but the other cars I had always looked very dingey and with paint swirls after. So being that I have a new vehicle I decided to try hand wash in the hopes that would help keep the paint on the automobile fresh. I was very pleased with the work that was done here at Miracle My mini suv is still sparkling like it just rolled off the showroom ! Keep in mind for the prices on the signs when you pull in it's +4$ for anything bigger than a sedan.
