Days ago, one of his men spent an inordinate amount of time performing an annual maintenance review. As always, a positive, friendly, caring attitude was clear. The manufacturer of the door did say that this is their version of white. As can be seen by the pictures, it is not white. It did match the color chip they brought to our house AFTER the door was installed. Again, this is YOUR business and you should know this when you sell a "white" door to a customer who orders from you on the phone based on a brochure. As to the "independent contractor" YOU recommended, he was asked to add two 2x4 pieces to buffer the areas he removed in order to ensure proper support of a large beam. This is not out of the realm of the job he was doing. He obliged and was paid in full and on time. I posted reviews of our experience with you on several sites so that others who search for garage doors will have a full and factual picture of our experience. That is what these sites and reviews are for. When I asked the company to compensate via insurance, they stated I signed an agreement which I can only claim damages up to the amount of the inspection fee $450!!!. They screwed me and cost me money on the home price as well as repair and refuse to make me whole! Mark Bendit, shame on you! Please check the agreement before you sign. It says you waive your right to be compensated above the inspection fee if they are negligent!! Do not sign! Do not use their services!!!
