Things started off well but quickly unraveled. The quote they gave me was very high so I politely told them that I was going to keep looking for someone else. Greg immediately called me and explained why the cost was so high. He stated that it was a two person job and would take a few hours so that was the reason it was so expensive. He told me that his team would make my bbq like new, total sales pitch (which I bought). I loved that he picked up the phone and sold me on his confidence of his two man team. Day of the cleaning a guy walks up to my house and says he's with " um uh ummmm hmmm, oh yeah Sure Fire BBQ "!? I'm like " what"? He says that he was there to clean my bbq. I asked where the second guy was and he said he was alone. No second guy ever showed up. I texted and called Greg several times and got zero response. I even called the office and asked them what was going on to which they couldn't provide any answers. It took this guy over 6 hours to clean my bbq and we couldn't leave the house for fear of being vandalized. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bbq does look much better but being lied to should never be a sales pitch. read more

It has been a journey to get my outdoor grill installed. After the plumbers installed the line, a thorough review of my new grills hookup instructions made it clear that it wasn't a plug and play. I am thankful that there are pros just for this job who are familiar with the intricacies of a grill. I was impressed by their setup, taking care to protect my patio space and minimize dust from cleaning with their tent and tarp process. Great company for a unique and specific service need. They performed a cleaning and repair on a $10,000 Fire Magic grill. They don't mess around. Set up a polishing and cleaning booth. I can't believe how clean they can get a BBQ. Professional from start to finish when they send a quote, you approve it, they confirm appointment etc etc. They were here all day but the finished product is worth it. The original company Fire Magic referred to me was horrible, so it's hard to find a good provider for this specific need of you have a high end grill. I highly recommend doing business with them. We just had our barbecue cleaned and serviced by Surefire and we are so impressed with their work. We moved into a home that we recently purchased and they had a built in BBQ , that obviously had not been cleaned in a while .
