I searched online to find a reputable company with an A rating with the BBB. It was just magic! We needed to change 11 windows and shopping around I was disappointed, as I could never imagine that I could afford the cost the windows installation companies were asking. Until a friend introduced me to Sureguard Windows and Rick and then the magic happened, I got a price quote for less than half of other companies. I could not believe it and I thought there is a catch, may be a cheap quality material is used in building the windows. But now I have to say that we are super happy with the excellent quality our windows and professional manners of Sureguard Windows technicians. The last part of modifying the new windows to fit in our bay window area, was a very difficult job, but Hector, a SG tech spent 5 hours and made sure we have a perfect result. My husband and I own a Condo in Costa Mesa, CA and needed to update our windows and sliding door. The windows installed for us are awesome! The double pane glass really helps keep our home quiet, can't believe the difference. The installers showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. What an amazing job they did. Not even a scratch in the molding around the windows. The windows themselves are so solid not a bit of air gets in when the windows are closed, and the double panes help a lot for keeping heat in in winter and cooler air during summer. Rick was able to manufacture custom windows and sliding glass doors for our 50 year-old condo to meet our HOA's requirements for size and style. Rick's pricing was amazing! We thought we would have to pay twice as much to get this high level of quality. Rick's crew did a fantastic job with installation and were very professional. We have a street-side condo on a busy street in Culver City. New windows got installed yesterday and I am about as happy as a clam. My house looks like a brand new home. The owner gave a presentation and was in and out in no time. I had three other bids and he was the lowest by over $1400. Jose did the measurements and two weeks later I got my windows!!!! I bought my condo 10 years ago and found Rick and Suregard to install all new windows. Rick guaranteed the work for life and said if any of the windows break he would replace them at no charge. Well unfortunately I had to call Rick a couple of weeks ago as one of the windows did break. He had me drop it off at the shop and beacause it was a tempered glass it had to be ordered. We shopped about 4 companies for a new Patio Slider. We went to the show rooms and tried them. Sureguard was by far the best deal and with the Yelp reviews as good as they are, I had no worries choosing them. Lee and his helper came out and did the install, we are so happy. He was EXPERT at installing the slider. He was clean and neat, he left no mess. The new sliding door looks beautiful. I had shatter resistant Sureguard Windows installed in 2009 due to living near a golf course and having windows broken out several times. The Sureguard windows worked well until one pane of a double paned window was broken (Aug. 2019) and a window screen damaged. The window had a life time glass breakage warranty and I took it to Sureguard to have it fixed. Sureguard replaced the damaged glass pane and gave me a new window screen at no charge. read more

I got a several quotes. Rick and his son was the best priced. I was a little hesitant as most times the lowest price usually equals low quality and bad customer service.
