    Basic coffee maker.

Good place to stay for night's sleep, though not necessarily the most family friendly part of town. Reasonable prices, rooms are on the small side and equipped with basic amenities (minimalist coffee maker, small microwave, tiny fridge). They have a small indoor pool. When we pulled in, we did witness a pretty sketchy looking scene involving a (presumed) hotel customer and a barefooted woman leaving the hotel, parting ways and her walking back across the street to the truck stop... The front desk person was very friendly and checkin was smooth. She also made some recommendations for local food and attractions that were very helpful. They had one of the better breakfasts we've had at a hotel. They offered a full variety of breakfast goodies to choose from. I was most impressed with the scrambled eggs. They were fresh and perfectly cooked. Overall, great staff, fair rooms, fair pricing, easy access to and from the freeway.

This was a very reasonable place to stay just before the WA border in I-90. It's conveniently located right off of the highway and has a Flying J right across the street. You might think to yourself, "a Flying J across the street? Must be noisy!" That isn't the case. Fortunately, that isn't the case at all. Trucks are coming and going throughout the night, but the layout is such that they're just idling along and not making much noise. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, although the decor isn't particularly inspring. There's an indoor pool just off the lobby, and a pool table in a corner of the lobby. Finally, there is a hot continental breakfast in the morning that is about a step below a Holiday Inn Express... nothing to right home about, but it gets the job done.

Not a good value. Tired rooms. Fair housekeeping, reasonably quiet. But it smells like some trucker or old man. We felt ripped off and couldn't wait to leave. I don't know how this qualifies as a Best Western Plus. Low ceilings, dark. Breakfast is a bag thing right now due to the virus. With a McDonalds right across the parking lot, a gift card for there would be better! We've been traveling for 2 weeks. This hotel was one of the most expensive and least enjoyable.

Paying $122 plus tax for this room was beyond deplorable. The room was old, the plumbing disgusting. The drain blocked up and continued to drain for 10-15 minutes after finishing showering. They have a safe in the room, but no clock! There was an iron and ironing board, but no sheer curtains. I thought it odd when I entered the room the dark drapes were closed. They were closed because anyone in the parking lot could look straight into the room. I noted this was the case for all rooms, all had the dark curtains pulled. Great if you like staying in a dark hole. When showering you look into an old moldy grate filled with dust and dirt. Never again.

    Surprisingly good, hot breakfast...free!

My wife and I are road-tripping from Texas and were happy to find such a nice hotel at a great price. The night before, we stayed at a Motel 6 for $10 cheaper. It was beyond terrible. Thank you, Silver Stone, for offering great amenities at a reasonable price. We did our laundry here, only cost us $2.25 for a wash AND dry on one large load. We had our own detergent, but if you don't, they sell it at the front desk. Washer and dryer both held a good amount of clothing and our clothes came out very clean. We played the two arcade games in the hallway while we waited. Nice touch for bored adults and all kiddies. We wish we had brought bathing suits because the indoor pool and hot tub looked very inviting. They also have a nice pool table! We were greeted by a kind man who checked us in and told us if we needed anything at all, give him a ring. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, so we appreciated that. He even upgraded us to a king sized bed with more room. The hot breakfast is great, with healthy choices available. Please tip the nice person who keeps it all fresh! She was constantly running about, ensuring everything was full, and all tables were clean. I was quite impressed. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a flat screen television, and even included a tall mini fridge and microwave. The small desk was also appreciated so we could sit comfortably with our laptop and plan the rest of our trip. The bedding linens are very pretty, much nicer than other inexpensive hotels. My wife was thrilled to find a hair dryer in the room, as she forgot hers at home and the other value hotels we have been staying at did not have any. Most have not had coffee makers, either. I was glad to find a small coffee maker in our room here. Lastly, the air conditioner/heater in the rooms work VERY well. My only complaint was the bed. It was very hard, much too firm for my liking. However, some folks may like this. Personally, I sleep on a 5-inch memory foam topper at home, so I'm not going to leave a poor rating because I am otherwise spoiled. The pillows were good, and plentiful, which helped. I thought about asking for a room with a softer bed, as I know the hotel staff are the kind of people who will do anything to make their guests comfortable, but I was too lazy/tired after driving 300 miles. Still, for the price and amazing service we received, I have to give this hotel a full 5 stars. They truly care about their guests and I feel I got much, much more than I paid for.

    They have a pol table

Seriously this place is so so cool and it's even more amazing if you considered the price so economic so easy to pay for this place. They give you top notch service the rooms were super clean very comfortable beds (you can not believe those beds), they have a pool and they also have a pool table which makes those awkward hours before going to Silverwood park go super fast. Considered this place if you are in a budget, but you also don't want to sleep in a ugly and not very clean motel. This is the place to be!!

Used shampoo bottle on the bathroom floor upon our arrival.

This is one of the poorest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room wasn't cleaned well. The furniture is extremely cheap. The staff was very friendly. The pool was decent. Overall, quite disappointed.

Door doesn't close all the way.

I then walk up to the room to put down my bag so that I can go back downstairs and get my large suitcase. (Btw there are only stairs, no elevator!) As I walk into the room, I noticed the TV is on... I figured maybe housekeeping left it on? I continue to walk in the room and I immediately see someone stuff on the bed, and I freak out. I make my presence known in the room and I immediately exit. (Just incase someone was in the bathroom) I went back downstairs to tell the front desk, girl that someone was in the room. Her immediate response was, why does this keep happening? She then grabs the key, assigns another room and says she's gonna go check the room. When she gets back and hands over the new key, I ask her what reassurance I have that no one is going to come into my room when I'm not there and potentially take myself, or when I am there. And that this was a safety concern. Her response was... well all I can ask for is Grace, i've only been here for three weeks and I'm new. No apology, no reassurance. This is never happened to me and is completely unacceptable. She then continued to say that management has not been helpful to her, and they don't know why rooms keep getting double booked as well.

The view from the HUGE porch is lovely. There's tons of common "hang out" space both inside and out. If you play the piano or a string instrument there are instruments for use and that use is encouraged. There are a few friendly cats on the property. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom (shared with a couple in the next room) and there was never an issue. The bathroom had sinks with toilet and shower in a separate area with a door, so you could brush teeth while someone was showering with no issue. An extra half bath downstairs was helpful too. The decor was eclectic and fun and always something to look at. (One of the owners designed and created most of it himself.) There's wine out in the afternoon/evening and a lovely coffee and tea bar that's VERY well stocked. Breakfast had two time options and is served in individual servings and, in our case, a platter if fruit to pass. The breakfast was a cinnamon roll bread pudding and a veggie and potato frittata with sliced melon on the side. It was delicious and I enjoyed chatting with the other guests over the meal. Beds were comfy and wifi was solid. (I stayed in the three twins room - be aware that the third twin is lifted above the closet and entryway, so it may be cramped for a larger person.) I truly enjoyed my short stay here and will definitely visit again if I'm in the area!

Our stay was 4 nights and we booked several experiences for our time there. The first was a 90 minute massage. The massage room overlooks the marina and is beautiful. The massage itself was just okay. He asked the area he should concentrate and actually that area felt the least attended to. However, it was still very relaxing. My friend and I also booked "Hot winter night" at the infinity pool. This was so much fun as they have an adult hour and lucky for us the center above the pool was hosting prom. Yep- we got our dancing queen on. Might have annoyed the cute couples around us, but a girl's gotta dance! We also booked the "Floating in Frequency" on that Sunday morning. It was a small class and we drifted comfortably around the pool to the sound bowls. Highly recommend! Food is great at the resort and Beverly's "Lakeview Menu" is a great deal. Available until 5:30 each day, you get a 3 course meal for $29.99 with an optional wine pairing for $24.95. We had a window view and got to know the local geese (guarding their nests along the edge) June 2026- Had another friend in town and of course wanted her to experience this resort. We stayed 4 nights in Lake Tower and this time had a west facing view which had beautiful sunsets. The outdoor pool had opened, but we only visited once as it was windy and cold. Instead, we booked a "Girl's escape package" This included massages for both, lunch, and a pedicure. We had a great time. July 4th weekend 2026- This was a last minute book for us, and if we planned ahead would have gone for Lake Tower. However, we were pleasantly surprised at our view of the fireworks from the Park Tower Marina room (stay was 3 nights). This was probably the best for us since we had our dog Luna. It didn't have a balcony, so better for her not to hear the load booms. We spent a day at the infinity pool (rented a beach cabana) and ate dinner early. Then spent the time in the room waiting away for the crowds. The show was amazing and I've never been so close to fireworks with such an amazing view. We had an amazing time!
