Last time I was in the store I was told I had to come back when the manager was in the store by someone who knew nothing about clothing (measurements, style, zero). When we had to come back and return things, it was super easy and quick. They also offer reward points, which translates into money off, which is a great incentive . It's mostly a women's clothing store, but there was a side for the men too- along with that, a lot of small cutesy home decor, bracelets and a few other knick knacks. It was all so cute I had to walk out so I wouldn't keep looking. The people working were nice but definitely hovering a bit too much. I liked that they were attentive but could definitely see how it would feel overbearing. They did even have some kids clothing which was sweet.

My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day too. Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes and we were walking to the car. We will be going there again soon. Great point program too, BTW.

Fortunately, I also took a photo of the shipping label from my return email and the bar code there was readable with his device. His machine printed up a shipping label which he slapped on my package and then it printed up my receipt. The biggest problem with shopping online is returning the merchandise if it doesn't live up to expectations. Kohls makes Amazon returns simple, friendly, & easy.

Then she wanted me to sign up to the "rewards program" which I declined. She pressured me on it and I repeatedly declined. Then she wanted me to sign up for the Macy's Credit Card which I declined, again, repeatedly. I told her I do not want to be on your email lists. I do not want to give you my personal phone number or personal information for your "discounts." I don't want a new Macy's Credit Card I just want to pay for my items. She was clearly annoyed & gave me clearly, super negative attitude. Which is strange, as she clearly doesn't own Macy's so why does it even matter to her?? All this nonsense about giving your personal phone/info at every store is NOT for DISCOUNTS, it's just to collect your "data" to sell to Big Tech for more surveillance & control. I don't want to be on your "lists" I don't want another app on my phone, I don't want your employees to try to force me to give them my personal info. I do not comply. I will NEVER comply. They sell shirts with their namesake printed across the front for men, women and children to don. They also sell sassy quotes printed on all kinds of oddities. I bought a beer koozie, a lighter and some napkins. It's a tourist trap, albeit, an effective tourist trap. Go bring home an offensive tank top or knick knack, today! Maybe after shopping at Big Dick's you can grab dinner at Hooters and then a night cap at Dick's Last Resort. All located on John's Pass btw. Not at all weird that everything is named after male and female sexual reproductive anatomy, right? Right...
