Since I am familiar with this particular company as it provides the school uniforms for my boys, I inquired to see if they would be able to do a rush other for 2 plain white T-shits with a simple Cardinal emblem on them and I couldn't be more please with their customer services and speedy delivery.. In less than 24 hours the shirts where ready for pickup which allow boys and I to have plenty of time to finish our little project for 100 days of school as well for wearing a football t-shirt to school.. this is the reason why it had to be simple and I just couldn't find it anywhere else.. TBH, they're GREAT for school uniforms! Just a bit pricey and not too much choices. Which I do understand that it's just uniforms for school, and I guess they go based off the school themselves. When our previous shirt vendor messed up/missed a letter on our custom print sublimation shirts we were at a loss on how to save them/get it fixed. Our vendor stopped communicating to help resolve our issue. And by chance we stopped in to the Custom Company and explained our situation and Melissa and Shannon were so so so nice and very helpful. They took our challenge on and with the help of their awesome printer who also agreed to take us on. They blended that missing letter so perfectly into the wording, you can't even tell a letter was originally missing!!! We are so very happy and so very greatful and so are our employees because now they can wear their shirts!! Can't thank you guys enough and I wish there was more stars to give!!! Went into to the store in July to purchase uniforms since they are my child's school vendor. It's already mid July school starts in august and they don't have anything in stock! I have had the honor of experiencing first hand both Shannon and Natalie's (sorry if I misspelled) AWESOME customer service!!!! I accidentally forgot to add in a pair of PE shorts before finalizing my order which caused me to have to create another order just for a pair of shorts. Luckily Shannon caught my multiple orders and was kind enough to include the single shorts into my initial order and refunded me the shipping for the shorts order!!! Since I was in the area, I decided to go and stop by to get more uniforms for my daughter but didn't realize they close at 2pm which I was a couple minutes late ‍ As I was walking away, a lady opened the door and kindly asked what I was looking for and I replied "I wanted to buy more uniforms for my daughter.." and she said hold on, I can see what we have. Do not purchase months prior to the new school year. I bought my child's school shirts back in June. But since covid-19 and schools are offering distance learning, I decided to keep my child home for the whole school year. I called the store a week ago to clarify their refund/exchange policy- as long as it is unworn and unwashed. I made my way down to the store today and was told refunds had to be within 14 days of purchase (which I was not told over the phone) with a receipt. I was okay with exchanging for bigger sizes but the worker told me to come back next year before school starts to make an exchange! I don't understand why I have to wait and why they don't accept returns/exchanges if it will be sold eventually to another student? read more

By far the worse uniform company I've purchased from. First they don't offer a lot of sizes especially close to school opening and after.(the drifit) which of course you know many kids like to wear those because of Hawaii weather. If you plan of on buying a hoodie dont do it. It is ONLY AVAILABLE IN ONE SIZE youth large that's made cheap w long arm lengths made in El Salvador for a whopping $28.00!! And whatever you do make sure you DONT ATTEMPT TO EXCHANGE anything from the store to the school or vice versa because for some apparent reason they both have the clothes in stock but at are unable to exchange money with each other right away. It's like dealing with two different companies and it's utter nonsense to go out of your way because they have company money issues. I hate to see schools deal with cheap uniform companies like this with overpriced uniforms knowing we have no choice. read more

Yesterday was the day The Custom Company was at my child's school for on site uniform sales. Needless to say with a new incoming class of 6th graders, that place was CHAOS! We had a very helpful young lady assist us at the Adult Small table. She located a hoodie for me that no one else could find while simultaneously ringing up other customers. After my main transaction, I made a smaller quick cash transaction and it was so hectic, I didn't bother about asking for a receipt (they are either emailed/texted to you). When we opened our bag, I realized I forgot to grab an item AND I had unknowingly purchased incorrect items. I went to their storefront the very next day and explained my predicament. The manager/owner (I didn't catch her name but she had really pretty pink glittery nails) was gracious in letting me exchange my items and receive my forgotten item. I'm sure after dealing with me there is now a note in the back room that says EVERYONE gets a receipt no matter how busy it is. With so many scammers out there I am grateful she was able to take a leap of faith and take my word for it. You know she won't let that go again! Thank you for the great customer service! I had a very pleasant experience with the custom company store! I had to order my children T-shirts for school, and my husband ended up ordering them to be shipped to our house. The manager was very helpful. Because the order hadn't shipped yet she went ahead and opened our shipping box so that I could get them while I was at the store. The workers are efficient and fast. Fast, quality products, cheap prices. I placed an order for my son's uniforms on Wednesday, June 27th and received them via USPS on Friday, June 29th. Right when you hit submit to place the order, you get an order confirmation via email, then another email with a tracking number once its shipped. Very prompt, easy, and saved me time from having to line up to purchase uniforms at my son's school. Yes there's a shipping charge of $7.95 just to ship from Aiea to anywhere in Oahu, but that's the price you pay for convenience. Absolutely happy and I'd do it all over again next year. First of all, this is my second time going to the store without getting anything that I needed. The first time that I went they had already been sold out of all available sizes that are close to what I needed for purchase and all colors. Then the young boy working told me to come back in two days to the store because they're gonna be getting a restock of colors and sizes and I could come shop then I can. I came back as the boy mentioned and they still didn't have any available colors or sizes and had not restocked. The lady at that time offered to take down my phone number and call me when sizes and colors had came in, but I told her the young boy had already done that for me. But he told me just to come in person on Wednesday which I did. No sizes or colors have been restocked and I'm upset that they have all these little kids working at the store who don't even know what they're doing or what information to be giving us. I don't understand what's the point in having this uniform company when they keeps selling out, and not making enough sizes or colors and all the ones that we need and want. Why are we meeting XL an ex ex L in adult sizes for intermediate shouldn't we be focusing more on adult small adult medium used large? It doesn't make sense to me. TCC has been producing my daughter's school uniforms since the third grade. Their work has always been high-quality, delivery punctual and correct, and the prices reasonable. When my daughter transferred to a new school at the last minute, TCC permitted me a full refund of the uniforms I'd already ordered and had delivered, even though the uniforms were custom-made for her. I'm so happy they have online ordering now! Like another Yelper, I also ordered my son's school shirts on a Wednesday night and got them in the mail on Friday. They give you an option of being notified via text which I chose and sure enough, I received notifications when it was shipped, when it was "out for delivery" and when it was delivered.
