Had an absolutely fantastic time here, their drinks were great, bartender was fantastic, their food servings look huge and the games were fun. We need to do the duckpin bowling still but my kids did ax throwing and the staff member there was absolutely amazing with them and teaching them how to score. Had just the best time. read more

We had our daughter's birthday there today! It was amazing! We had Macey who worked out every detail for us prior to our arrival! Then when we arrived, Bella was our hostess, she worked hard to ensure the kids were happy and the parents could actually enjoy the party! The pizza is amazing! The atmosphere was so relaxing! Everything about this was outstanding and we will definitely be back and will definitely have more parties there! read more

Went to this establishment because we heard good things about it. For starters it took about 20 mins to get a table. There were only two other parties in the bar dining area. We ordered our food and drinks and it took forever to get the beers and mixed drinks. My mixed drink tasted like water and the water I ordered tasted like dirt. I asked to have it replaced with sweet tea. It appeared to annoy the waitress that I asked for something else to drink. Our table bought 3 of the $50 dollar play cards and were playing some games and the waitress decided it was time for us to cash out even though some of our party was still at the table talking and ordering food and drinks. She was rude, and rolled her eyes at us when we asked why she was cashing us out. She didn't respond just walked away. We were not rude to her at all. The most any one in the party drank was 3 beers and she decided that was all we were allowed to have and cashed us out. I will not be returning anytime soon and will definitely be telling my friends who were interested in going how we were treated by the waitress. Went to a event and it was awful! It was very crowded and the service was SO BAD, I had to laugh. We were told to go up and get the shoes for bowling then went and waited in line for that to be told no go back to the hostess and she will get the shoes, to be told by the hostess that isnt how it works, go pay for the shoes. So went back to stand in line again to get the shoes. They make you pay for them but then dont give them to you (btw..they dont have all the sizes) they make the hostess bring them to you. But my personal favorite question was why, I wanted bowling shoes? Because we are bowling..Not that I want them for fashion..weird experience over all. Then dont even ask how long it takes to get served at the bar..the girl with the sparkle strings in her hair told my friend who invited me to this whole experience, they didnt have the drink on their menu and my friend said, what? to be mocked with a what????? from the bartender instead of just apologizing and maybe suggesting something similar she had to just be a jerk to the person we were invited there in the first place for. On the brighter side the nachos were good and the place is clean. I even ran into one of the employees checking the bathrooms. This place should hope there are more good experiences for families that come there. I am afraid if they get their act together it will not last long in an area that has a ton of these kind of places for kids and adults to attend being a tourist area. read more

I've gone at least four times with the kids and it's been a great experience, tonight one of the bartenders started the night off by cutting me off in the parking lot, having an altercation before walking in, proceeding to make slick comments to me and my entire party to the point where it was clearly not a joke anymore, even after our apologies were exchanged. Our food was sent to the wrong table after waiting over 40 minutes for it. When asked to make it right, and possibly get a different server/bartender to take over.. he then proceeded to run his mouth further! Told me he would get me and everyone I was with "up out of here" made racial comments towards my brother! Saying his behavior was because he was black! The managers only resolution was to tell us and him to simply "calm down". We told her to make sure he knew not to serve us or bother us again in which he still continued coming into our space laughing in our face! Saying "are yall good" with crazy demeanor! We again told the manager! And nothing was done after repeatedly, asking to simply keep him away from us. I'm really sad about those experience because again, we've came here a lot since opening !
