I went in that afternoon and the salesgirl I found out her name was Lindsey, was sitting there in the front office. I told the receptionist I was there to get my X-rays. She said no problem, just fill out this release and give me your ID and I will get them for you. I filled out the form, but before I handed it in I told the receptionist I was taking a photo of it for my records, then I turned it in. She was very nice, then she started getting my records, then Lindsey got up and went over and told her she can't give me my records they have to go to corporate and the receptionist looked at her confused. The receptionist apologized and Lindsey refused to acknowledge me or speak to me and walked off.i said this is why im going to another office and I'm going to call your corporate office and report you. I left and called their corporate later and they told me there was no evidence I had filled out the paperwork so they couldn't release my records, but they would send me a new one. I told her that was a lie I had filled it out and took a photo of it in their office on their counter so I had proof, they asked me to forward it to them and apologized for the behavior and said they would follow up. I emailed the picture of the release and as of today, 7 days later, I have never received my X-rays as I requested even though I signed and sent the release. They are purposely withholding my medical records that I paid for and I am now reporting the office to the dental board and the BBB for refusal to send me my medical records. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!

Don't ever go here if you have ever taken Suboxone and expect to be treated with any kind of dignity or expect them to write you a prescription of anything that's gonna help your problem. I went to Dr. Creek's office on Thursday, and he immediately took action. I got an X-ray and an MRI the very same day, and by Friday they called me with a plan. On Tuesday, he performed surgery on my L3 and L4, and I already feel better than I have in a long time. He went far above and beyond what any other doctor would do. His dedication, efficiency, and compassion truly stand out. Dr. Creek and his team made me feel heard, cared for, and confident. He didn't waste any time -- he found the problem and fixed it.
