This entire complex is a maze. We were trying to find a restaurant and had to ask 3 different people. Ended up having to go to one elevator to get to the 5th floor of another tower then to another elevator in a completely different tower to go down to that lobby and then through several hallways. You will get lost. Check in gets 10 stars! Super convenient and quick. You aren't waiting. Service was great. We were put in the Salona Tower. There's 2 elevators. That's it. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to get on the elevator to go up to our room. Seems like there's a bank of 4 but only 2 are working. This was super inconvenient. Room itself was good. Spacious and all the things you need. Seems as if it has been updated. There's a huge bathroom with a tub, one sink and toilet. The bed was comfy and a king. There's a TV, chair, and small table. I think there was a fridge but not sure as we didn't use. There was an ironing board as well. Safe too. Overall good accommodations. Nothing fancy. Just what you need.

We stayed in the new tower the Solana Tower & I loved it. It was very clean. HOWEVER, #1 they have no one that can help we had mad luggage (totally our fault) we know for next time we have to consolidate. That's not a hotel you can be have mad luggage with. The concierge was useless we wanted to take the luggage cart they said no a concierge has to do it. NO concierge in sight. We had to lug it ourselves. We had to walk thru the casino thru the quarter to get to our elevators. #2 ALL pools were closed #3 ALL POOLS WERE CLOSED #4 Leaving was worse than coming elevators were closed were walking around lookin dumb trying to find how to leave again and AGAIN NO ONE TO BE FOUND TO HELP & REMEMBER we had all them bags. Ughhh!!!! Il

You have Morton's steak house, Gordon Ramsey pub, Hell's kitchen, Starbucks, Nobu etc. Wide variety of slot machines, some of the machines have wireless charging. The room was bright enough to make me feel hopeful again. The furniture looked new, the bedding cleaner than the soul of a saint. You could almost smell the paint still trying to dry. The bathroom was beautiful. There was a shower stall with a fake marble bench. I sat on it and felt like an emperor, briefly. Then I noticed a little mold blooming around the shower head. A small rebellion. There were stains on the wall too, ghostly handprints of humidity. That's how things go in Atlantic City, shiny today, peeling tomorrow. My view was of the old Trump Plaza, or what's left of it. A carcass. Concrete ribs showing. It stared at me every morning like an old man who still thinks he's handsome. Not much Caesars can do about that. But it reminded me, again and again, that this city is more memory than place now. The casino felt haunted, though not by spirits, but by the absence of them. Slot machines blinked for no one. A few people were sleeping in their chairs, which seemed fair enough. The table games were quiet as a church on Tuesday. I used to work security at the Trump Marina, grave shift, back when things were merely dying instead of dead. I recognized the silence. It hums in your bones. Most of the restaurants were closed. Tazza Cafe was holding down the fort, serving decent coffee and sandwiches in a space that felt like the corner of an airport food court that had gone to community college. Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Grill was running too. They served over-priced shepherd's pie and image, but little more. Nobu opened on Thursday, like a movie star showing up to an empty theater. Parking was an adventure through the absurd. You go through the Temple Garage, cross Arkansas Street like a pilgrim, then slip into the Colosseum Garage to park. It felt like a test to see who really wanted to be there. Most employees seemed to have mastered the art of avoidance, the kind of indifference that comes from too many shore town winters. The exception was the front desk team, who were unfailingly kind, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to see another breathing soul. So here's the moral. The rooms in the Centurion Tower are beautiful, even luxurious. If you can snag a midweek off-season rate, it's worth it for the comfort of the bed and the quiet view of decay. But the magic is gone from Caesars Atlantic City. What remains is a gleaming room in a tired city, a testament to how we keep trying to polish what is already sinking.

The check‑in line moves quickly, even when it looks a little backed up, and the process feels organized and easy. We like to stay in the North Tower, since those elevators are the most convenient and make getting to and from the room a breeze. The music memorabilia throughout the property is a huge part of the fun, with pieces tucked into hallways, near the elevator banks, and in special showcase corners that are worth stopping to admire. The North Tower rooms are comfortable and clean, and some have clearly been updated with newer furnishings, which adds to the overall experience. Dining is another strong point, with plenty of food options on site so you can stay in the resort vibe whether you want a quick bite or a sit‑down meal. And when you're ready for a break from the casino, having the boardwalk just outside the doors is a major bonus. Being able to walk out, breathe in the salty air, and take a stroll by the ocean is the perfect finishing touch that keeps Hard Rock at the top of our Atlantic City list.

Check in was easy and staff were easily able to navigate me to the hotel tower which had divided elevator bags for floor groups. The lobby area was clean. I had an ocean view room with two queens. Unfortunately I was running late and didn't take photos up arrival but the room and bathroom were clean, orderly. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, safe, and an in room coffee maker. Outside my window I did have an ocean view as well as an overview a former rooftop outdoor space and a seagull nest. The lights and noise of the boardwalk wasn't a problem. As with most casino's inside is a maze and takes some time to figure out. Signs are limited and a map could not be found. I dined at two of the on-site restaurants and have superate reviews for each.
