I had a note of about 12 questions to ask the doctor. I waited 30 min for the PA, Jennifer, who was actually nice and attentive. But she was unsure of my problem. So, I had to wait for the doctor. Dr. Metyas.... I waited almost 40 minutes for him. He grabbed my foot and said mortons neuroma or shot. I tried to ask my questions but again he said the same thing. Then walked out. I mean, this was really bad doctor care. I have since seen a foot specialist who says its not mortons neuroma but an injured nerve father down and orthotics will help, and I definitely do not need surgery. I have seen a lot of doctors over the past two years and this was by far the worst experience and time waste. Jennifer was great tho, but Dr Metyas was really bad imo. Most doctors should show care and allow a patient to ask their questions. This one didn't. 0/5. For this place. Sorry for the bad review.

On the days I am too sick to make it into the clinic, I am penalized rather than supported.There is a shocking lack of compassion here. No one from the office was even willing to call me to discuss my situation or find a solution, such as pivoting to a telehealth visit. It is deeply upsetting to be abandoned by the very medical professional who is supposed to be helping me manage my long-term care. Dr. Ngai is very knowledgeable and accomplished with exceptional credentials. I was very impressed with his explanations about cataracts, lens types, and the surgery process. I had my surgery in June and July and could not be happier with the results. The surgery was quick and painless and I now have great vision.
