I really liked this restaurant, but at the same time there was something missing for me. The establishment was quite small, but it was also very warm and welcoming. I have to commend my waiter for being patient with my friends. Not everyone is used to eating sushi, better yet Japanese food. My friends kept asking if there were any Chinese dishes available and the waiter was very patient and informative. Needless to say, this may not be the spot for first time sushi eaters. I ordered a veggie roll and it was very delicious and authentic. The wasabi and ginger served with it was also refreshing. The review has been hard to write. I have been here about four times but I can't remember any of their dishes after I leave. So for me, this place is unmemorable. We have tried them both for lunch and dinner. Every time I ask my BF if he wants to go. He responds, have we been there yet? I know they have sake and beer. None of their sushi has been bad. They are pricier that other sushi places we go to. We did try for dinner the first time a dessert they had. It was a parfait. Came with mocha ice cream and it was interesting. I've reviewed here before but I have to do it again. This place rules. The food quality is very high- extremely fresh and delicious. The tempura is some of the best in the area. The sauces are bomb. The service is always wonderful. I am a pretty heavy mod person, and they always accommodate whatever I ask for without making me feel annoying. Very quick and attentive service, even when I'm just a 1 top at the bar during the Saturday rush. The first time we went here was at happy hour and we though it was a 5. Service was great. Sushi was great. Prices were great. And the kids meal was great. Later we came on a non happy hour time. I had the sushi which was slightly more expensive and my wife had some salmon plate that was ok. Son had his kids meal and it was great. Give this visit a 4. Last time we came, out son had his staple and my wife and I each tried a soup. I forget what she had - I had a shrimp tempura soup or something like that which was not very good. Her soup was ok. This is my annual review of sushi fever and let me tell you it is still JUST AS DELICIOUS. The Amy roll is my ultimate favorite roll, I haven't had anything like it anywhere else. It's fresh and perfectly partnered with a delicious yozu sauce. I've been going once every month if not every two weeks because it's become a GO TO. The food delivers in flavor, freshness and customer service. My husband is obsessed with The Monica Vegas roll and their chicken yokisoba. Even my toddler had wonderful options like their udon noodles with veggies, chicken and Teriyaki sauce. You must try their hot green tea as well!. This isn't a chain business, the owners came from Las Vegas and They are very dedicated to their craft. I love seeing all the consistent sushi chefs behind the counter they are the motor of this operation. The sushi was amazing! My boyfriend and I ordered the James Bond and yum yum roll. Soooo good. The ambiance was very romantic for a date night. I'm still giving 5 stars because the sushi was the best we ever had. The service sadly wasn't 5 stars. The hostesses were not very friendly and welcoming so as our waitress. Sushi fever is a must in cedar park. The rolls are inventive and tasty and reasonably priced. What we got: the 90% roll with soft shell crab, masago wrapped tuna, baked scallops and crab. We also got the salmon avocado rolls Thoughts: it was good. I enjoyed it very much. The quality is nice and the prices are decent. Why haven't I been back? We make the rounds so much, and this is a regular stop. We often get the California or Crunch roll (and by the way, they do have happy hour pricing, so come early fpr that). They do their sushi with the seaweed wrap on the outside (I prefer it on the inside. But they make it work well). To save money, we often split a Teriyaki. Its not a huge serving size. So if you're a big eater, I recommemd getting your own. I have gotten the beef teriyaki, and it is often a little more rare than I prefer. So we tried Chicken tonight, and I do like that better. Except for a few finicky tastes which I can't hold them accountable for, the food, service and atmosphere is always good. Can't think of a negative. They just do it right, and I hope they are around for years to come. read more

This was probably my 3rd or 4th time eating here over the weekend. Besides it being a very small restaurant and having to wait 30 minutes for a table I thought it was a good experience. Definitely try the Monica Vegas roll. It isn't on the menu. I also always get the Japanese lasagna. YUM! Despite being busy we had pretty good service and they have a nice Sake selection. I live down south but any time I am meeting friends up north and someone suggests sushi this is usually where we land. read more

Co worker took me here for dinner after we completed a project in town nearby on recommendation from our client.. All I can say is WOW. I was blown away with the whole experience here. 1) Super clean and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, decor and ambiance. Do NOT let the strip center location fool you. Walk inside and sit down at a high end sushi purveyor like a needle in a haystack with all the surrounding fast food and chain places. 2) food quality and freshness. If you hopped on a plane, landed in Tokyo and asked a high end hotel concierge where to get impeccable sushi - you would end up at a place just like this.. Save the airfare out of ATX and order extra king salmon. Youll be glad you did. I splurged since I wasn't paying the tab and had 2 helpings of king salmon with a yum yum roll to chase it down before swigging a couple of Kirin's to finish everything off. That was some of the freshest, perfectly fatty king salmon ive ever eaten. The yum yum roll was a great portion size ( almost too much, but is that really possible?!?) I dont remember exactly what everyone else had but we all splurged and had enough food to serve at least 6 people despite it being only the three of us. No one had a single complaint. 3) price. Yes it was expensive but for what you get it was a bargain. If you want cheap sushi, theres a heb or gas station down the road - and its no comparison. read more

This Sushi restaurant is always top notch! During these very hard times with the virus keeping everybody at home. We decided for take out sushi. We called the order in to a very pleasant person working the phones. We even had some special requests , that was handled perfectly . We gave our name and description of vehicle we would pick up the order in. Curbside pick up was fast and very efficient. Sushi was fresh and excellent.
