The restaurant is located in a bustling area surrounded by retail shops and restaurants, which makes parking a bit challenging during peak hours. Because of the crowd, finding a table took some time, and there was a wait for our food as well. However, the ordering kiosks made the process quick, convenient, and easy to navigate, which helped streamline the experience. Once our food arrived, it was well worth the wait. The ramen was flavorful, delicious, and clearly made with care. Despite the crowds, we enjoyed our meal and can see why so many people choose to dine here. This is our goto and most reliable place for going out to eat. I love their black tonkatsu the most. Recently I tried Oyasumi Ramen and it wasn't as good as the black tonkatsu. I've tried different appetizers and rolls from here like so dang good roll, hot mama roll, dragon roll, and burnet roll. All were great. We don't like the spicy edamame from here. I think it is coated in chili garlic sauce, and this app is not as good as I've had at other places, so we no longer order it from here. We also really do not like the chicken teriyaki we had most recently here. It did not taste like chicken. It was unbelievably nasty, like it was extremely old and over marinated and there is no way it was chicken, I would bet $200 it was not chicken. The texture was not right. I would never order this dish again from here. I threw it in the trash after a few bites and wanted to throw up. Every thing else is delicious... just do not get the chicken teriyaki ever! I will NOT go back. I was their around 3 pm in the afternoon. Looked super cute and good selection. I went to the "co-ed" bathrooms and one of the workers was laying on the floor. It was distrubing. Then my daughter went to get to-go containers and the lady cooking was cutting something. Ate a piece of whatever it is and continued cutting. No gloves - no washing hands. I've been doing a lot of tedious cleaning today so decided to treat myself to a nice bowl of Ramen. Definitely one of my favorite comfort foods. I hadn't tried Eurasia Ramen, but it's located in Cedar Park, which is very near South Leander. I decided to place my order online and do a pick up so I could eat it at my convenience . I also ordered a sushi roll called UT. The role was fried and contained cream cheese and imitation crab that was shredded. I actually ate that for lunch and it was delicious. I had them substitute soy paper. It was in a perfectly appropriate container that was rectangular and designed for a large role. It was delicious. I ate the Ramen for supper after heating it up in the microwave. Their packaging is very unique and that they separate the broth and then all the noodles and extras but it's all in the same recyclable paper bowl . I was really impressed because that made a big difference, especially since I chose to wait and eat it for supper. It was very good. The beef broth was just right with a light beef flavor and some pieces of beef within the bowl along with noodles green onion mushroom and a half of a soft boiled egg. I also ordered bean sprouts and paid two dollars extra to have them that was a minor disappointment because the container they came in was quite small And it wasn't even filled halfway so was a very small amount of beans sprouts, which I enjoy because it adds crunch. Everything was prepared to my expectations and requests . It was ready when I arrived and the young man that handed it to me was very polite and got it to me immediately.. It was kind of dark inside the restaurant, and since I only went to a counter near the kitchen I really didn't get to see the decor next time I will eat in so I can check it out . Finally got to try a Ramen place in this area. Upon first entering, you order on a tablet and pay. After that, they will bring the food to you. The Ramin I got was one of the spicy ramen with pork (firebomb ramen) which was pretty good. Also had an appetizer with mussels called the mussel dynamite which was also fresh tasting and had a good balance of flavours. Prices are about $20 per person for ramen after taxes and the appetizer was about $11. Prices are pretty typical for a Ramen place, but on the higher end for Texas. I love this location! I always get the beef rib ramen, and some sort of specialty sushi roll. I love their lychee sake which I always drink cold, and their green tea! The ordering process is simple; you grab a table number near the ordering screen and enter it, you then select the items you would like to eat and drink and then you pay, card only no cash. You choose the table you'd like to sit at and leave your table number visible. Someone will bring your food and drink out to you once it's ready. It's pretty quick service and the food is absolutely delicious! They do have the cashier up front if you aren't tech savvy but if you are it's super easy. They have multiple screens to order from and you grab your number and place it on your table. So good, we are there twice in one day. Stopped by on a cold January afternoon and had a couple bowls of hot ramen to warm up. I opted for the curry ramen and it was jammed packed with rich flavor. One of the employees advised I try it spicy (only if you're a spice fan) and it added another layer of deliciousness. Everyone was more than satisfied with their ramen. Of course we had to try a few other items on the menu. The Brussel sprouts are always a fav, I do wish they were a tad crispier. I've been pretty resistant to come here since I would usually Tatsuya to get ramen but I decided to give this place a try. I like the vibe of the place which seems like a cool ramen joint. I got the tan tan ramen and thought it was delicious! It had a nice sesame flavor that was a welcome change to what I normally get (tonkatsu). Their pork belly was also delicious. I tried some of the apps and thought they were fine. The agedashi tofu and karage were just fine. They were prepared well but I think kind of fell flat since I enjoyed the ramen more. read more

8.13.22 I think I found my new go to ramen restaurant. The ramen was very good. The sushi was surprisingly very good and fresh also. Very fresh. The restaurant is extremely clean. The ordering process is seamless. There are a couple of tablets on the wall to the right as soon as you step into the restaurant. This is where you place your orders and pay for them right away before going to sit down. They call out to you when your order is ready for you to go pick up your food and bring it to your table. There really isn't any hospitality going on. They're not a full service restaurant. That's alright. It worked out well the times I've frequented them without any problems at all. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Fairly quick service for ramen and/or sushi. Parking is easy sharing a lot with a bunch of surrounding businesses. No issues at all. Looking forward to more delicious food. Oh yeah, P.S. almost forgot to mention. The leftover ramen makes for a great meal to take home for the next day. It tastes great reheated. Portion size is decent and filling. The broth is rich and flavorful without being too salty. Noodles have chewy texture, just like how it's supposed to be. I loveeee that they're quite generous with the pork - 3 thick pieces of pork per bowl. Other places would just give you one thin piece. The egg is always cooked to perfection. Location: In a very busy shopping center with lots of stores, restaurants, and a movie theater, so parking is a bit hard to find if you go to during peak hours, but not too bad. Tofu appetizer was pretty but lacked flavor on its own even with the dipping sauce. My daughter ate up her light ramen and ended up eating more noodles from her cousin's ramen bowl. Had a long Sunday full of prep for the upcoming week and by the time I was able to finish up I was starving. One of the very few restaurants open "late" and in the burbs that means past 9pm. Everything is made to order even if you order late...still fresh ingredients and piping hot for dine in or pick up. Did I mention the restaurant is so clean! I am a fan of the Beef Ramen. FANTASTIC FUSION SERVED FAST!!! My Son and I were hungry and craving Asian. This was and incredible pick. I was a little disoriented by the high tech ordering system, but it was easy to understand and order. The Restaurant was about 1/2 ful and I could see that ordering this way freed up the staff to focus on bringing customers Hot Delicious food fast. We ordered 2 Pork Bento boxes which came with soup as we dined at the restaurant. Also got Seaweed Salad, Agadashi Tofu and an appetizer that was a tempura battered and fried 3x3" square of rice topped with sweet and savory sauces, red ginger, strawberry and tamago eggs. They were delicious. Everthing was very tasty and made to perfection and the most surprising thing was how quickly the dishes came flying out of the kitchem. We sat no more than 12-15 minutes from when we ordered. First miso soup, then seaweed salad then the bento boxes with tempura and the Fried rice squares. It was A LOT OF FOOD! My Son put it away as he is a teenager with a bottomless pit for a stomach. He was raving about everything in between bites. I had to take 1/2 of it home as I ordered too much.
