This was pretty much my entire order. I had no complaints with anything..

I stopped by here for the first time yesterday to try they're all you can eat special which is $39 after 3 o'clock. It's a nice little sushi bar with a few tables and it's clean and nicely decorated. The service staff was attentive and friendly. I especially enjoyed their fried calamari and muscles. They were very generous with the slice of fish that went on top of the sushi pieces. I had a very nice experience and I could recommend this place.

Me and my family come here all the time and we always enjoy it but today we had the most awesome experience! Aldahir was our server and I have nothing but good things to say about him! We never had to wait for anything he was so on top of everything and so sweet! The food is always so good but his customer service just put it over the top! Thank you again so much Aldahir!

    Spicy edamame...

Love the salmon nigiri Miguel's style, makes them so spicy and yummy! Their edamame however, I was not expecting this thick almost barbecue taste when I ordered spicy edamame

Always a great time coming to this location. We've been lucky that every time we come it's usually not busy so the service is quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is rather small but they have a decent amount of seating including seating at the sushi bar. It's located next to the grocery store in a big shopping center so there is a large shared parking lot and always plenty of parking. Their sushi is my favorite! I love the Mexican/Japanese fusion and how a lot of their rolls come with chili oil. Delicious! The only bummer about this location is that they do not serve the unagi bowl. I love that at their original location, but since this is closer to home for me we still visit this location frequently to get our sushi fix.

My sister is a big fan of Sushi Miguel's. I was curious to try the sushi here and quickly found that many of the items including the miso soup offer the option for including the signature chili oil! I am a fan of all things spicy and Miguel's sushi did disappoint in that area! It is a unique fusion of Mexican and Japanese taste, resulting in an explosion of spice and umami! There's too many rolls to try and the offer all you can eat as well!

I loved the creaminess of the broth the day before thought my dad would love it too. Before we left I ordered the creamy tonkatsu to go for my dad . He mentioned the broth were too salty even when he added some water to lessen the sodium it was still very salty. ( I don't know what happened to my dad's take out ramen broth? ;( the shredded beef bao, blue crab roll and spicy tuna taco were equally delicious. All the surrounding tables I guess is only for Ramen and non grilling food items as they dont have a grill in them. It was hectic and chaotic in here. Watching the 2 waitresses not only handling the food orders at the tables, but also making drinks, taking orders, bringing the food out, handling the front desk, to clearing the tables. Real props to them for still providing excellent customer service with each of their tables. Their food comes out fast, and they all tasted amazing. And their drinks too look visually stunning and tasted great. We ordered the following foods and drink: 1. Gyu set- comes with several meats that you cook on the fire. High quality. Great taste. Extremely tender and flavorful. 2. Short ribs- they were so good we had to get another order of them. 3. Sushi taco- 3 different types of seafood. Tasted really good, ended.up getting 2 orders of them. 4. Spicy tuna crispy wanton- lots of spicy tuna. Love the flavors. The crunch of the taco was really good. 5. Chicken karaage- crispy and tender. The sauce it came with was so good. 6. Tempura shrimp- 3 peices only. It was ok. A great appetizer to start with. 7. Spicy pork bao- bao bun was amazing. Pork was soft and tender. Good ratio of meat to bao. 8. Smoked brisket bao- not as good as the spicy pork. But was still really good. 9. Hand roll was also really good. Drinks: 1. White peach sake sangria- this drink was so light and refreshing. Definitely hit me by the time I finished it though. 2. Yuzu pineapple express- our favorite drink by far. Very pineapple forward. Sweet, tart and refreshing. 3. Tokyo tea- the midori made it look so pretty. The taste itself was very good as well. 4. Rising sun- Japanese whiskey. It was very whiskey forward, but it was also very smooth. I love how they had a little bit of everything here. Pork, chicken, raw fish, sushi, bbq, bao buns, Ramen, a whole bunch of different appetizers. Everything that we tried was really good, and put a smile of happiness on our face as we took a bite and tried them. There's a little bit of everything for everyone here. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. It was not cheap. Every little thing added up. But we did order a lot of food and drinks. But everything was really good. Would definitely come back again!!

Squeeze of lemon gives it a pop of flavor and brings down the heat. I also had the ramen, not the tonkatsu or the miso, I forgot the name. But it's one of the 3 most popular ramen. Clear broth. It was fantastic! The broth was delicious, the noodles were soft and tasty, I hadn't tasted noodles like that before. I ordered pork as my protein and honestly, that elevated the already delicious dish. The pork was charred, either by intention or accident but it transformed the ramen. Most other ramen shops have boiled pork, this had a great char that changed the flavor of the pork and ramen. The price is reasonable and I would come back here. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was very attentive, and gave you space as well. They gave suggestions and brought out the spice tray to add as much as you'd like. The Serrano chili salsa in there was delicious. The ambience reminds me of Japan. Wooden chairs and table, very reminiscent of some of the ramen shops in Japan. The place looked clean, even if the exterior looked a tad bit questionable. But that's the great thing about socal eateries. You never know what hidden gem you'll find. Overall, I would return and I would recommend.

The broth had a lot of depth and flavor without being too heavy, and the noodles had a great texture--clearly fresh and cooked right. I went with the tonkotsu and also tried some gyoza on the side. Everything came out hot and pretty quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The portions were solid and actually filling. The place itself is small and lowkey, but that's part of the charm. Service was friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout. Overall, it's a really reliable spot if you're craving ramen. I'd come back and try more of the menu.

We ended up splitting the table with six other people, and by the end of the meal my dad was doing sake bombs with them like they had all known each other for years. That honestly made the night. It felt less like just going out to eat and more like a fun little dinner event. Good food, good service, good atmosphere, and a random shared table moment that turned into a great memory. We ordered a Dragon Roll for the table, I ordered the Volcano Ramen because I love spicy, the hubby ordered the Eel Avocado Hand Roll and Beef Ramen, my MIL ordered the Miso Ramen. We also ordered a bottle of the plum wine which was delicious! My hubby still raves about that hand roll and we all really enjoyed our ramen choices on that rainy day.
