My wife and I were honestly surprised by how flavorful the broth was. Ramen Jo has the best tonkotsu broth in the Inland Empire, hands down. Kaz Ramen used to be our favorite, but ever since they went 24 hours, the quality and flavor just hasn't been the same. Ramen Koko in Highland is still pretty good, although I think the presentation and service could use some work. Sosogu Ramen in Redlands is another solid spot. After trying all of them, Ramen Jo's tonkotsu broth stands above the rest. It's rich, creamy, deeply flavorful, and the kind of broth you don't want to leave behind. So why only 4 stars instead of 5? The protein was the only thing holding this place back. The chashu and other beef in our bowls were overcooked and chewy. I'm here now. This place is legit. I had the fried chicken appetizer, that came with a lemon and a garlic paste as a dip. It came out quickly, HOT, and super crunchy. An amazing ramen place in San Bernadino I couldn't tell from the outside! This place makes their own noodle from scratch and you can see it through the open (glass window) kitchen. If I can give this place another star I would. I love how to set up is on the inside, it's nice and personal. They have this awesome Ramen machine that makes fresh Ramen from scratch and they marinate their sauce for the Ramen so it taste a certain way. You can taste the seasoning in all of the foods and it is very delicious. The Chinese sausage along with the rice cakes where have you wanting more and they put a sweet sauce over it which takes it to another level. The pork Ramen super delicious.
