Having driven by here a couple of times, I decided to pull the trigger and try this place out. I didn't have too much time to eat in, so I placed an order for take out. Called up and placing an order was easy. They also have the option to place an order on their website if you're so inclined. Located in a strip mall, so parking is not an issue. Upon entering it's a quaint little place. They have about 12 - 15 tables if you decide to dine in. Decor is simple and sticks to the traditional Asian theme. Saw on the menu that they have Kani Salad, which is one of my favorites, which surprisingly not all Japanese restaurants serve. Also order the California Roll and decided to give their Summer Roll (Spicy salmon, cucumber, tempura flakes, top w. shrimp & avocado) a shot. Kani Salad was fine and both the California Roll and Summer Roll tasted fresh. The combination of the tempura flakes with the shrimp and avocado made for a great contrast in texture. This was my first time trying sushi saga and normally I always give an establishment the benefit of the doubt that they may be having an off day but this place is blatantly overpriced for their lack of quality. The rolls that I had were equivalent to gas station sushi in all honesty. It was chewey, somewhat flavorless and overall questionable. To add insult to injury their special rolls are really no different from their regular rolls; same size, same quality same lack of flavor but with an 11 dollar price tag. Will not be going back. Sushi O which is just down route 1 would be a much better option for some decent quality sushi. read more

The selection was very good, especially for the price of 25$ pp for all you can eat sushi. The only complaint I have is the fact that the seaweed used to roll the sushi was very gummy and was unable to chew. I never had it happen before with sushi for me but I was very grossed out by it. read more

A group of us came here. The food is good. There is one waitress who is very rude. She seems that she is is annoyed every time we asked for something. Her name is Nana. Overall the good sushi spot if you're craving some good sushi. They have an all you can eat option for $24 i believe (not too sure). Great sushi rolls , especially the firecracker roll. One of my favorite rolls. We always order takeout and you can never go wrong with their rolls. We get our food pretty quick. Haven't eaten inside and don't plan to for awhile because take out is just fine. The food is good the price is right and they are quick. A+ in my books. read more

Ate here for the first time with the bf and his cousins. We went for all you can eat sushi and appetizers. We usually go to sushi palace but this is just as good! The service was good and the staff was really friendly. One of the ppl we were with is gluten free and needed some changes to her rolls and they were more than accommodating. We were told we could change the rolls by taking away ingredients, but we couldn't add, which I thought was very nice of them to do. The food was pretty good! I believe they have a few more options than sushi palace which I liked. The bf actually ate more than usual since he's not too big on sushi, so that was a plus. Here is an instance where Yelp let us down. The sushi here is not on par with the ratings. I have had much better sushi, even at all you can eat places, for the same price. This place is AWESOME for sushi buffet. Instead of those other seafood buffets where everything sits out and gets dried up, they make everything FRESH. And they don't just have sushi, they have everything you want! Their baked mussels and baked seafood in a scallop shell was creamy, hot and yummy. The BBQ squid was a good sized grilled squid cut horizontally with a tangy sauce The Tuna tartar was in a beautiful heart shape, rich and fresh, beautiful presentation The shrimp tempura came out with 2 large shrimps, crisp and hot from the fryer Seaweed salad was a small portion, but fresh with sesame oil The beef ribs were well flavored and juicy The aged tofu -my parents loved it, i didn't care much for it The rock shrimp was battered and fried with a great spicy mayo dipping sauce The peking duck was a little bit sad -the duck was a little dried, but the buns were fluffy The red snapper teriyaki was a great small portion perfectly cooked. So good, we got 2! Went in with my friends for all you can eat sushi, which we called the previous day to make sure they were doing at the time we planned to arrive, and we walk in and they tell us they aren't doing it. The first thing they say when we walk in is we close at 3 so we can't sit you for all you can eat. HORRIBLE SERVICE WASTE OF YOUR TIME!! I'll start by saying I am not a Sushi Fan, however my loving wife is, so, as any loving husband will do, I took a chance and hoped I would find acceptable solutions for my dinner. We both chose the AYCE which is broken down into Kitchen and Sushi Bar. There are plenty of tasty Non-Sushi alternatives including Shrimp and Chicken Tempura, Chicken Teriyaki, Crab Rangoon, Crab Tempura, House Salad, Gyoza, Soups, Ice Cream, and more. Each of the items I tried was very tasty and my wife attests that the Sushi and Sashimi were equally tasty. Additionally we purchased the $10 voucher on Yelp for $5 (limit 1 per table) and the two of use had dinner for under $40. ($50/tip) Clean restaurant, everything is made fresh after you order and the service was excellent. We will return. read more

So not so bad, but you should come hungry to get your moneys worth. The bad: someone else said it, no fountain soda. My coke came in a can and tasted off. My wife ordered tea that smelled like sewage, but I thought tasted fine. She did not think it tasted good at all. The sushi: yea, good stuff. We tried a lot of their special rolls. A lot of imitation crab here, but easily avoidable. The didn't think the spicy tuna was spicy enough, but I like heat a lot. The wife liked it. Not a lot of rolls with mayo/sauce, so more traditional sushi heads will like it here. The cooked food: I'd just avoid this. The duck bun had next to no duck on it and is clearly just a way to fill you up. The beef ribs were terrible, overcooked and thin. The atmosphere: strange. It's like an empty retail store got turned into a restaurant. There are some booths against the wall, but the rest is chairs and tables. At the end of our meal we had 4 pieces of sushi on our table and they charged us $5 for not finishing our food. There is no social distancing between tables. The set up of the restaurant is the same as pre-COVID and the place was packed with parties at all tables. The party sitting next to us was so close to us, it was uncomfortable. I get that times are hard with COVID and it's tempting to take as many customers as possible during busy hours, but I hope this place will take better precautionary measures and follow the appropriate guidelines. The service wasn't bad, just like buffet service, so I wouldn't expect too much, but understood the language that waitresses talked wasn't the pleasant experience in the the restaurant. If you don't give any smile( just a little, remember its buffet) and a little good attitude ( just a little, remember its buffet) to the customers, then how you could expect a decent tip. So when a customer give you 2 dollars for the tip, you talked to your co-worker about it and said a bad Chinese word ( 貝戈戈）out loud to express your anger. They failed to bring our soup orders til about an hour had passed. 2) Despite repeated requests, they failed to bring our soup orders and kept giving us attitude saying another big party had to be taken care of first 3) We had leftover sushi which they refused to let us take home and instead told us they would charge by piece what is left over. I understand AYCE sushi places are not expected to have the most attentive staff, but this place seriously has the one of the laziest servers who are also extremely rude. No complaints about their food, it's an AYCE so that's the quality you get. I've even been here over 10 times, but this is my last. I thought something seemed odd tonight. It was completely empty around 5:30 on a Friday. Like many of the reviews on here, I also experienced the staff who completely ignored us after we placed our first order (we didn't even order a ton). The waitress even tried to place our sushi plate ON TOP of our hands while we were eating. She seems very rushed for an empty place! Instead of serving, the whole staff (including manager or owner), sat there laughing while they watched tv loudly and texted. We honestly don't care about that, but we do when you're ignored for over 10 min sitting there and paying to go out to eat (even passing us by 2 times, and not giving a menu for a new order). They were all shocked and stopped talking once asked the group if someone could serve us. I asked our server if she was busy, but of course she didn't answer it and rudely placed the menus on our table. With that attitude, we wanted to leave. What was also unprofessional was that we had to negotiate with the manager/owner not eat more food. He insisted we still pay, but not tip (even though we asked to even pay for 1 meal). I'll give him that after *3* times of asking, we got to pay $25.00. Businesses like this wonder why credit card disputes occur. My advise is to avoid the place. You pay for what you get, but if you want to be a server then act like one. Do your job. read more
