    1. Ceviche Tropical Curtido

If you love fresh seafood, you have to try Sushi y Marisco Que Rollo! We ordered the ceviche de pescado and the aguachiles de camarón, and both were absolutely amazing. The ceviche was super fresh, perfectly citrusy, and packed with flavor. The aguachiles were incredible, spicy, refreshing, and honestly my mouth is watering just thinking about them again. You can really taste the freshness in every bite. The flavors were bold but balanced, and the portions were great too. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to whenever I'm craving good seafood. Highly recommend!

My most favorite shrimp ceviche! I wished I lived in the valley so I could eat this more often. Definitely my go to for lunch when Im in the area.

Tostada de Aguachile Mixta Verde y tostada de ceviche de camarón

Great hole in the wall spot. Family owned. And they're always so friendly. I've been coming here for over 2 years now and I've kind of become a regular! I order the same thing each time, a tostada de aguachiles y tostada de ceviche de camarón. They're always made fresh to order, and they're so delicious every time! Check it out if you're ever in the area! One of my fav spots in the valley.

Great hole in the wall shop!! A true mom and pops shop with amazing food that they prepare fresh for you and tastes homemade. The ceviche was soo fresh and they match the spice level to whatever you request it to be, and wow the cooked shrimp in their cheesy chipotle sauce was amazing. Will definitely return to grab a tray for ceviche for my next event.

    1. Ceviche Tropical

The flavor was so fire people always mess up aguachiles negros but these were BOMBBB. We ordered and it was dead so I was kinda worried because there was nobody inside but thankfully I gave it a try. The service was super quick got our food out in less than 15 minutes! The only thing was the portions were kinda small for the prices honestly. I paid around 45 (including tip) for two plates and the ceviche was great portioning good amount of mix but the aguachiles was kinda small for around 20 bucks I only got 10-12 shrimps. The place was small only 3 tables and like 2-3 chairs each table we decided to take it to go and it was dark in there. Overall though the food was fireeee and I will totally be back!!!!

This place is a gem!! I have seen it on my walks during lunch and finally decided to try this place out on a hot day. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. I ordered the ceviche tropical with camarón curtido and it was so delicious. It had lots of flavor and the mango gave it a nice touch. The salsa negra gave it an amazing flavor. The shrimp empanada was so good!! So flavorful and the salsa verde gives it a nice touch. Tonicol my favorite vanilla flavored soda. If you haven't tried it you are missing out. If you're from Sinaloa you should know what's up. Order this so good Service here is amazing. The lady at the counter was so nice and very helpful. I can't wait to come back again

    Tropical Ceviche

I love this place for how fresh and delicious the ceviche is (I always get the tropical ceviche, though one day I'll expand my horizons). It is absolutely amazing and I frequently crave it. I also really enjoy the empanadas. More than both of those, though, the service is outstanding and thoughtful. Can't say enough good things!

The sushi was bomb! I've had a lot of food in this area and this place hands-down has some the best food, service, and prices. Definitely adding this place to my favorites list!

    4. Carne Asada Burrito
    Ivet S.

The customer service was great. The man in the front was very nice and accommodating. I told him I wanted to share a burrito with my son so he cut it in half for us. I ordered a carne asada burrito. The burrito was okay. It had white rice, carne asada, cilantro, purple onion, lettuce, and beans. I ordered it without the salsa in it because my son is picky and we shared it so that definitely could've been why it tasted a little plain. I got salsa and a lime wedge on the side and it gave it a little more flavor. It was okay. The place is small and cozy. Parking sucks because it's in a little plaza with a donut shop and laundromat. I hope to come back and try more food to update this review.

The aguachiles negros were very tasty with the right amount of heat. Very friendly service. My family and I are regulars here and it is always delicious.

The fish is so fresh here it honestly shocked my core. You cannot go wrong with the quality and flavor of the food they offer here. Started off the meal with a tuna trio that was listed at the bar and it was out of control. also got a seared garlic tuna, which probably was one of my favorite things on the menu. The sauce itself was something I could bathe in. after much deliberation ended up trying to just eat roll and absolutely was to die for. so shocked by the quality and flavor of the food here that I had to get their signature so what roll just to see what was going on. The staff here is so nice. Ended up at the sushi bar and got to experience everything with the owner and the sushi chefs, which ended up a great choice on your first try here. now I did not exactly pick the bar, but the place was full of reservations, so a slot opened at the bar and I took it. it's a very modern sushi restaurant decor is nice and ambience is not your typical sushi place a little more elevated experience. It is obvious that this place has regulars because the staff is very friendly and says welcome back knowing that they were just there on last Thursday. there is a parking lot with lots of parking, but beware of the tight spots. all in all this is one of my new favorite spots, and I will be back here again to try all the good food because as I saw people's orders, I could not help and think I need to try that.

The restaurant is located in a strip plaza, so there's plenty of parking, though it can feel a bit narrow, so be cautious. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a hostess at the front counter who seats you or directs you to the bar area. I usually sit at the bar and grab a seat by Chef Tom. The restaurant has plenty of seating, but I've seen people waiting outside to be seated, so it does get busy. Every time I've been here, the place is nice and clean, and they have a TV with games on at the bar, creating a pretty chill vibe. I typically order a variety of sushi. When I first came, I ordered my usual rainbow roll, blue crab roll and garlic shrimp roll, but then I started letting Chef Tom surprise me with a variety of nigiri, and he hasn't disappointed. The sushi is always fresh and delicious and on weekends, they have halibut, so if you like that, it's only available then. Overall, you can't go wrong with So Sushi, and I highly recommend it for fresh and tasty sushi. OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros

For example, the agedashi tofu came with vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, and cauliflower, which is quite unusual and not something I've seen in traditional Japanese preparation. The sashimi also tasted off -- it seemed like very low-quality fish, almost as if it had been frozen for too long. We also ordered a nabeyaki udon for our 2-year-old, knowing it's typically served in a very hot bowl. However, the server attempted to place it directly in front of our child without any hesitation or warning, which felt quite careless and concerning from a safety perspective. Overall, this didn't feel like authentic Japanese cuisine or sushi, but more of an unclear fusion concept. However, it quickly filled up over the course of the hour we were here. It's not a large place, with 7 booths and a couple of counter seats. They have their regular menu and a happy hour menu. I asked our server and she said the happy hour menu is offered all the time, so I guess it's not really a happy hour at that point but a fixed part of their regular offerings. We ordered exclusively off the happy hour menu by writing on the menu they gave us and got the following: egg roll ($6 hh) sesame chicken ($7.50 hh) salmon carpaccio ($12.50 hh) yellowtail scallion roll ($9.50 hh) beach salmon roll ($14.95 hh) rainbow roll ($14.95 hh) Yes the happy hour prices are good, but I found the fish slices on the rolls to be some of the thinnest I've ever had. You get what you pay for, I guess. However, it's hard to find sushi rolls at this price point these days, so it's better than paying 20 bucks for a similar roll. The salmon carpaccio is not worth it, as you get 5 small and thin slices of salmon for the price. The egg roll and sesame chicken were both solid. They are generous with the chicken and it was a lot more than we expected. However, it is completely bland so you have to dip it in the sweet sauce for flavor.
