Pretty solid sushi restaurant! I've been wanting to check out this restaurant for quite some time now; luckily they were opened during the holidays. Ordered online and the food was ready pretty quickly! Not sure how long the promo will last but if your order is over $30, they will add in an order of Cali roll for free; which is so easy to do! I find the pricing a lot fairer and inexpensive compared to a lot of other places. Sushi tasted delicious and was packed neatly in the container. Ordered from here via Uber eats as I was here on a work trip. I got two sushi rolls, miso soup, shunai and mochi. Because of the total they added in an extra California roll! The rolls were fresh and very tasty. The soup was good. The shumai weren't my favorite. I also was confused cause on the menu it said they were shrimp but on Uber eats it sayid crab. I'm going to assume the menu you was correct as that is the more traditional filling but that was odd. The mochi were super tasty! read more

Rolls were good, but the eel sauce was SOOOO salty today! The yum yum also isn't very tasty, they charge $1 for a little container, and it's basically eel sauce, spicy mayo, and peanut sauce in the little container. The service and ambiance were nice but the food was very disappointing. I was not a fan of the sushi rolls having mashed up fish. Its difficult to appreciate the uniqueness of each roll if the texture is all the same....just mashed. Also, the plates had a piece of decor you see in aquariums. A rock with fake flower. Whats the point of having that on the plate? Sure it looks nice but it raises concerns regarding hygiene. The decor is not edible so how often is it reused? How often is it washed between uses? Have been there for carry out many time over the past few years. They just opened up the floor for table service in the past couple months. They remained open all during COVID with carry out and have found the quality to be very good. Have run into a roll that was not tightly wrapped but the flavor and quality of the sushi has always been good. Like almost every eatery they have been short staffed and some times the wait even for carry out can be rather lengthy. Just has carry out a week ago. They don't have beer or sake so we bring it home where we enjoy it with our sake. Definitely recommend it. read more

Great sushi, fresh and no imitation crab from the looks of it. The rolls marked as "spicy" were actually slightly spicy and I appreciated that. Most places seem to favor the Mayo over the sriracha but that was not the case here. The carry out process was almost smooth; the staff kept asking me if I was grub hub and I explained that I'm the customer and this is just a regular carry out. It was kinda funny. They also offer free rolls if you spend a certain amount, which you most likely will hit if ordering for more than one person. Chris roll is my favorite but I've loved all that I've tried! Not only will I not recommend this place to anyone I know which is over a 100 people plus but I will also never go there again. I ordered one Philadelphia roll and 2 orders of raw salmon slashimi. I only got 2 very small pieces of salmon sashimi. I got no silverware or chopsticks, and when I brought it back in the girl had an attitude and said it was there when it left even though she never opened the box to check when I was there, next time. I go anywhere. I will double triple check before I leave the restaurant. Because I was treated like complete garbage. I would not recommend going to this restaurant at all. During covid it can be hard to get a true feel for a place, especially when dine in is closed & it's carryout only but the lady who answered the phone was super nice, read my order back to me & to my surprise informed me that with a twenty dollar order you received one of three rolls to pick from for free. I opted for the spicy crab, spoiler alert, 2nd best roll in our order. When we arrived they had a table by the front door with a plastic shield putting a good amount of distance between customers & sushi cooks, good for you guys, stay safe. We went with the Yellow Jacket roll which had tempura shrimp, crab salad, avocado & eel in it topped with sesame, green onion, masago & a spicy mayo sauce, 8pc roll for 10.95, I would definitely recommend & would most likely order this again. The spicy crab roll was good, topped with some panko crunch, a spicy red sauce, this was a roll I'm glad I went with as it spiced up our order since I have to get California rolls for the wife & kids. The Spicy tuna roll was good, I like that it has pureed tuna & a chunk of tuna in it. Rice was sticky, cooked just right & everything tasted real fresh. I'm glad I gave Sushi Yes a try, I was very pleased with our order, which you could even order online if you wanted to. If I'm being honest, I think I would still drive a couple miles further & go to Umi Sushi, but let's not take anything away from Sushi Yes has going on, they have some good stuff & I'm glad I had a chance to try them, who knows maybe one day we'll stop in for date night whenever things get back to normal. read more

I saw it as a challenge that I had to accept. It was spend $40, choose one complimentary roll among Fried Rock'n, Baby Bumblebee, or American Dream. I easily hit the $40 mark considering the seven rolls I ordered, and I chose the Baby Bumblebee. The Baby Bumblebee was so delicious! It was a shrimp tempura with spicy tuna, and crab sticks. It was topped with a spicy mayo and eel sauce.Just writing all this and thinking about all the sushi is making me want to go there as soon as they open again. I really enjoyed this Japanese-style sushi restaurant. Their hospitality was exceptional. This sushi restaurant is one of my favorites in Macomb County. Solid place to get sushi alone or on a date. This place is located in a strip mall and is relatively small inside. Seating is limited so I did see quite a bit of pick up orders. I sat at the bar and ordered miso and 3 of the most popular rolls. I'm never afraid to try anything different so I always welcome server suggestions. Although service was slow and at times slightly frustrating because I was alone and it took a really long time for my drink order to be taken and then she'd leave and come back I could barely get in more than one question. I also had to wait a long time for water refills. I enjoyed the miso soup and the cucumbers that accompanied. I really enjoyed my sushi all of it was super flavorful and what you would expect when getting sushi. I sat at the bar where I could see the Chefs doing their thing! They are clean, wore gloves while I was present, and very nice! Although the service lacks the food is solid and you can't be free sushi deals they have!
