We come to eat around 5 pm as a party of 3. We had to wait for a bit to get seated and the restaurant was clearing out from 1 large party of about 6 people. We were seated and given drinks. We were the only table in the building and young kids (between the age of 7-11 it appeared) began to scream, (heard a few curse words), run around and cleaning the table from the large party into a large trash can in the middle of the restaurant. Food was being thrown everywhere from them cleaning the plates. It was extremely loud and messy. We ordered an appetizer of Gyoza that were marked on the menu as 9$ and three fried rice plates. The gyoza was delish! The fried rice plates though need some work. They were extremely greasy and the yum yum sauce tasted like spoiled mayonnaise. I couldn't eat my dish (ate about half) but out of courtesy I took the leftovers to go. Me and the child that was with me got EXTREMELY sick later in the evening and this was the only thing that we had eaten... the sickness proceeded for until after Christmas.... The kicker is. When we we were ready to checkout I went up front and ordered a boba tea (which doesn't come boba unless asked for) When I checked my ticket the prices were changed from what the menu said. I was being charged 13$ for the gyoza... that didn't sit well. I am all for paying for what I order but don't change the prices and not expect me to see.... It was corrected but it's the principle. We won't be returning and hope they can fix these issues so they don't continue having bad reviews. Pic is the price of the gyoza from their menu and website.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at SushiOne and it was a small town' culinary adventure! A local family own and operated, the restaurant's inviting and cozy ambiance - a perfect blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics with a modern touch. Food highlight: def try the fried rice and Spider Roll Two To Tango (see pictures for visual ref) Each piece was beautifully presented, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and bold flavors. The staff were friendly, welcoming and also highly knowledgeable about the menu, providing expert recommendations. Plus you can grab bubble tea for dessert at the same location! Will be a regular!

Food The food was some of the worst Asian food I have ever had. Edimame was great! The sushi was weirdly warm. Cream cheese was room temperature. The chicken was extremely chewy and not good. The scallops were chewy and had gristle in them. The rice was bathed in oil and you couldn't even taste the rice Service The waitress was extremely friendly but extremely slow. I asked for water and yum yum sauce and 15 minutes later it showed up. Atmosphere The restaurant was clean

So I posted some pictures of things we hadn't finished eating cause I forgot to take pictures at the start for some of them cause we were enjoying our food too much. The server was new but very sweet and was trying her best. The owner came by and talked with us multiple times and he is so sweet and a joy to talk with. We sat in a different place than where we have before and I really liked that those of us who wanted to sit at a booth could and those of us who wanted a chair could. The food was so good not greasy at all. The oil for the tempura was so fresh from the fryer it's taste was light and crisp. The Bang Bang shrimp were so good so fresh and perfectly cooked. All the rolls were so good I really like the seaweed quality they use, it's not super strong and you can taste the ingredients in each individual roll instead of just the seaweed. I really liked that you could add masago for .50 cents to the California roll and they didn't disappoint on the amount. We have gotten the filet pho a few times, its a favorite. I like that the Bonsai tree had easter eggs at the entrance, so cute. We will be back again! So happy to have this place to go to. Totally made my night.

Most recently tried the pho and boba teas, and I recommend both. The pho broth is very rich and flavorful, and the protein is substantial. I came away very satisfied and full. The boba in boba tea is just the right amount of softness. You can even customize the level of sweetness in your boba tea. The tuna tataki and tiger shrimp are some of my favorites on the menu; I could eat these as my meal. We've also had a sushi party platter from here for my daughter's birthday. It was presented beautifully - just wish I had taken a pic of it! It was colorful, a lot of variety, and my guests raved about it. They have a happy hour(s) special too M-F from 3-6. SushiOne is located in a cute shopping center off the highway. I'd support this family business over a chain restaurant any day.

Another great birthday SushiOne! Nikki, our server, took amazing care for us! Special roll request? They're ready to accommodate!

How had I not written a review. I LOVE this place. I live in Atlanta and if only the people of…read moreMadison knew how LUCKY they were to have this in their downtown square. I have been here multiple times and it never fails to disappoint. A few of my favourite items are Baguette - MUST PURCHASE. One of the best even compared to many of the bakeries in Atlanta. Croissant - All are very good. Highly recommend Blueberry Fontaine - becoming another favourite. Better to eat the day of. They are usually sold out so I always try to snag them. Eclairs - another staple I've been getting. The filling is delicious AND Jam packed. I only wish they have a chocolate top with vanilla filling option but that's cause it's a nostalgic thing. Smore Tart - I love this but I usually have to share with because the chocolate is so dense. Keylime - another one I always get, just the perfect flavor. Honestly haven't had a bad thing there. Also the customer service person is always as enthusiastic as we are about the goods. There is no place to sit but you can go across the square and get a coffee and have a seat in the old gas station (I've been told the bakery owns that company too)

Given my love of eclairs, and after reading the reviews about this place, my adoptive family (wife…read moreand hubby) and I, finally got a chance to stop here. While I've had eclairs and tarts from several different Italian bakeries, and 3 stores, this is the first time I've had them from a French (these treats originated in France) bakery. Even though thel size is inline with the original classic eclair (had a bit less gauche), I was disappointed. And, much prefer the Italian version. Now, they had 4 different versions of eclairs (fruit, chocolate, vanilla and, coffee), along with many different tarts, with and without, fruit. I settled on 2 Chocolate Eclairs and, 1 Blueberry + Almond Fruit Tart. BAFT: While I liked it, it was nothing to write home about. I felt that there wasn't enough almond flavoring and, the crust was a bit dry. CEs: While it was packed with filling, I think, someone in the kitchen messed up, as there was a distinctive coffee taste (I don't like coffee), rather than just the custard or, vanilla taste. Had it not been for that, I would have given them 4 Stars. Why not 5? Well, I thought $6.00 (x2) and $7.00 each is a bit expensive. Especially, considering the size of the CEs and BAFT. For sure, I won't worry about a special trip here again. And, if we should stop here again, I doubt if I'd even bother with the eclairs (maybe a fruit one???).

Not only do the cakes look stunning but the flavor and texture of the cakes are absolutely phenomenal. I've been using them for every special occasion and birthday party for me and my daughter for over nine years. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. My personal favorite and the flavor I get the most compliments on at all my parties is the vanilla cake it reminds me of angel food cake but more dense giving it the perfect cake texture and flavor. The cake isn't overly sweet so the sweetness of the icing compliments it very well making for the perfect bite every time. I also love the pink champagne cake. It's a gorgeous pink cake with an almost bubbly flavor with the tastiest fluffiest icing. I'm for real obsessed. They also do cookies and cupcakes in an assortment of flavors that you can order or find in their case each day so yummy! The hummingbird, pink champagne, the Italian and the s'mores cupcakes are our favorites and ones we always pick up for a little treat when we are in Athens. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and they are fantastic at what they do! My daughter's birthday was this past week and they made a beautiful pastel vanilla cake that we have been eating literally every chance we get. It's just so good!!
