At no point did an owner or manager ever reach out to us. This is one of my favourite Korean dishes and I've eaten this in Korea and in many places in BC. Unfortunately, this was an unappetizing and unpleasant dish. I say this because dish was packed with kimchi and pork fat, no meat. If you are serving pork fat instead of meat, just indicate it on the menu. But please don't fool your customers and charge about $20 for this dish. Also, the main ingredient in kimchi so you might want to rename your dish to "kimchi and pork fat soup". At least this would mean that you are transparent and honest about what you are serving. I was so unhappy but I don't like to waste food, so I took out all the disgusting fat, put them aside and ate the tofu and kimchi. This dish also does not come with a side of rice, I've never experienced this at any restaurant that serves this dish. Your reviews are quite poor and I understand why. If I could give some constructive feedback, I'd say revamp your menu and make tasty food that is worth the price you are charging.
