I sent my car in to be have an oil change and car inspection. I was then called and tried to be forced to turn in my lease and get a new lease even after repeatedly saying I was not interested. A few hours later I get a call from service that my car has problems with the brakes and tires and they wouldn't pass the inspection unless I got new of all of them and would not give me my car back and did not quote me for these expenses. They said I could save the trouble by changing my lease to a new vehicle. I again refused and they started the repairs. During the repairs the broke the caliber of my back right tire. This forced me to be carless for the rest of the day and all of the next day. They preceded to charge me for two days of maintenance even though the second day was solely from their own errors. I received a call at 1:57pm that my car was fixed. I called at 3:19pm to confirm and when it was confirmed I got a ride to the dealership and arrived at 3:40pm to find out the paperwork was not completed and I ended up waiting around for almost 45 minutes before finally receiving two bills for everything that occurred. I am someone who is very loyal to companies and very rarely change from where I buy things cars included but I will never be renting or buying a car from any Country Club every again and neither will my parents or brother who are and have been loyal customers for many years. This is not how you run a business and treat any customers but especially not people who have been valued customers of your business for a decade.

I found what I thought was a great deal at New Country Toyota of Saratoga Springs N.Y. so we my husband and I went there. The salesman was rude, and had this I don't really need this sale kind of vibe. Went for a test drive and put money down $500 that we were told by John Kirkwood our salesman would be returned to us in 48 hours. I went up the next day to finish the paper work, (this is a 2.5 hour trip from our house) and waited almost an hour to meet with the finance manager. My appointment was at 1:30 and he finally met with me at 2:20. Long story short we wanted to cancel the deal by Friday, not happy at all with this dealership. I had to go through Toyota's customer complaint department to have them talk to the dealership on my behalf. We will not get our $627.00 until next week which will be about 3 weeks from the cancellation day! Unacceptable!!!! Yesterday I met with Travis a salesman for Empire Toyota who was very friendly, and not the least bit pushy. I had been in touch with his finance manager Steve Martin during the last 2 weeks to try and get out of my contract with New Country Toyota. By purchasing my new car at Empire I saved almost $2500.00 !!!! for a similar car minus the moon/sun roof. Very happy with this dealership!!!!
