But once we got out to our deer lease and noticed they forgot to Pre-drill holes in the bottom as they told us it would be. We drove 30 mins to the closest hardware store and picked up a Drill bit came back to find they left out washers and lag bolts to mount the sides to the Stand. We called Allstate and left a message and let them know. We used what we had to put the blind together, and just planned on Allstate mailing us the missing bolts for us to make an extra trip and finish the install. Well 1st we get a call back from a lady that took my address and told me she would mail me the missing bolts. THEN the owner calls back, and told me "what do I want me to do?" in a very rude tone... Before I could answer he talks over me, telling me if I had any common since I would have just put two lag bolts in each side and finish the job later. (That is exactly what we did) but he was too busy bragging about how long he has made these to let the customer get a word in edgewise. I had to literally scream to get the man to stop talking over me and just told him all I need is the Bolts and I don't want to have to do business with them again. He just answered, "Okay" The owner is FLAT OUT rude, and if they make a mistake, that is just the customers problem, not sellers.. Like I said, you get what you pay for. the blind its self is not bad, just make sure you get everything you are supposed to have before you leave as once you pull away, that is it for Customer service from this company..
