Used to be decent last year, was a really pleasant experience. They had cool ceiling lights and made everything a pleasant experience. In 2020 they would test you for breast cancer right away with a needle, no months of massive anxiety. Now, after being on a cancer watch list for "too many cysts to count, they only would check 1 breast even though the referral said "bilateral". She would not do any investigation to the source of pain in my breasts because it "wasn't on the referral form." There was glaring light overhead and my arm was in pain which I had to suffer through, no arm pillow support or readjustment possible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was also a witness lady in the room which they didn't explain why or tell me this was going to happen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They just put me on another 6 month watch list and said to get it on the referral for next time and "you might want to try to get in sooner than that." But due to her letter saying "normal cysts, blah blah (no investigation made) it could be hard to get insurance to pay to see me sooner. It's infuriating that this is how Sutter level medical care with Medicare. I was suffering and in pain instead of having a pleasant experience and I am in pain and will continue to have anxiety not knowing for at least a year and a half if it us cancer, in spite of pain for months. Seems like a crackdown due to a shitty President if you ask me. They have become and abusive, shitty network. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Communications regarding x-ray services needs improvement.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I needed a scoliosis x-ray but my neurosurgeon's office told me to call the scheduling number because they didn't know where I could get the x-ray. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called scheduling asking where I could get a scoliosis x-ray and they told me to go to any x-ray location. They recommended one in Folsom. They didn't pay any attention when I said scoliosis.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then I asked again, do they provide scoliosis x-ray? They had to look it up again and they told me to go to Folsom, no appointment necessary. I called the place anyway and asked if I could get a scoliosis x-ray there. They said no because their machine had been broken for a while. They told me to go to 1640 East Roseville Parkway. Fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called scheduling back just to let them know that they gave me the wrong information. The person who answered said they were really sorry and that yes, I should go to 1640 East Roosevelt Parkway.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] )So not only I'm recovering from fall back fusion but I also have a broken ankle.) My husband drove me to the location. I hop in and I tell them I need a scoliosis x-ray. The lady tells me I'll have to wait a little over an hour. I said that was fine. Then I decide to just confirm they really performed scoliosis x-rays. She responds, we don't do that here. I'm frustrated. I almost waited over an hour to find that out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tell her she needs to let management know of how communication is really broken in this department.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She goes on and on saying that it completely makes sense that general scheduling does not know where scoliosis x-rays are available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What??!!? I say, they should know. She goes on and on interrupting me every time I try explaining why communication is really broken. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She says she will look up where scoliosis x-ray is available. She comes back and tells me to go to "Medical Building 3." "Is it in this complex?" I asked. No, she says. It's by the hospital, across from bla bla bla.... I asked, what is the address? She says THAT is the address. I say it cannot be. There's no such a thing as "Medical Building 3" as an address. She says that is the address. Then I remembered 3 Medical Plaza in Roseville. This imaging center is clean and efficiently run! The staff is a nice balance of no-nonsense and friendly. From setting the appointment to signing in and preparing for my MRI to getting it done, the process was smooth and simple. Though the waiting room was full, I was taken back at the scheduled time. No hidden second waiting rooms either; I was in and out in the time I was told. If you are in a position to have imaging done, I recommend this location. read more

Front Desk Receptionist. I was referred to come to this location to do some x-rays by my doctor. When I came in, I was waiting in line for a good 5 minutes for the front desk lady (fake blond late 40s/early 50s ) to talk to me because she was "too busy" talking to another employee. They were talking in another language (I am assuming in Persian) and they were just laughing around... When she decided to start working, she asked me to come to her with an attitude. She was unhappy and did not even feel like she wanted to enter my info to their system. She was trying to give me lessons on how we should provide her our info and making fun of my handwriting... She made me very uncomfortable since the first couple of words we exchanged. I have never had such a bad interaction with someone in this industry like that. I feel very bad for the elderly people that come to this location and have to deal with such a behavior from the first person they see once they step in. I really hope that the people in charge try to address this issue and at least train her properly on how to talk to people. Side Note: Everyone else was great, respectful and polite. I would have given this place 5 stars if I did not feel violated by that lady. read more

What terrible customer service this place has. The ladies behind the counter are rude and talk about their "patients" in a disrespectful way loud enough for all to hear. Appointments don't mean anything to them as if we have all day to sit around and wait for them to get caught up. Loved my two visits here. I have came here for my thyroid ultrasound & MRI. Both visits were pleasant. Checked in at the front with receptionist who was very kind & quickly got me checked in. Always clean, have some TV's so wait doesn't seem bad even though wait time is never long at least for me it never has been. They have a big parking lot in back! read more

When my appointment was scheduled, I told them I have an infant that comes with me everywhere and I was told that wouldn't be a problem. The girl at the front door made me late to my appointment because I had brought my baby with me. This appointment was ordered STAT to check on something very important and it's a time sensitive matter. She made me wait outside for 15min and then informed me I could come in but if my baby started fussing it would be a problem. WTF?! Excuse me?! She an INFANT!!! I will do my best but I'm going to be refused service if my baby makes some noise?! This is absolutely infuriating!!!! God forbid a mother who doesn't have help try and be seen by a doctor!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!! I have never been discriminated against like this before. By the way when I arrived, my baby was sleeping, and stayed asleep the entire appointment!!! There was no reason for them to suggest that I have some crazy loud disruptive child. read more

After arriving at the scheduled time for an appointment for an xray for a broken right leg, I waited approximately 45 minutes before being taken to very small isolated room with space only for 1 straight chair -- and 3 magazines, the newest dated 2003. This little cubicle was around the corner from what appeared to to be an isolated corridor. i was left alone in the tiny space for 3 hours and 45 minutes. There was an xray room directly across the hall' That room had been empty except for an xray given soon ater I first arrived. I glimpsed only 3 people during what was appearing to be a residency for me. I could hear occasional noise from arond the the corner and somewhere down the adjacent long corridor. Once, I moved my walker outside and around the corner so I could see down th long corridor. After a while a staff person passed and I asked when be would be my turn. She came back soon and pointed to a closed door. "She said she would come soon." She did come soon and she was a very angry person. She told me to go into the xray room. I did, as quickly as one can with a walker. She told me to get up on the table, asked me what was wrong with me and strongly shoved my broken leg into the positions she wanted. She took one shot. After a wait she came back with a disc and told me to take it to my doctor. My doctor subsequently told me that the disc was usless. He said I would need another xray before my next visit with him. I recently had my anatomy scan done at this facility and the whole process was flawless! First, I heard from Glenda who informed me of my prep before the exam, my physician had not informed me of any prep so I was very thankful to know exactly what to do and arrive at the appropriate time. My appointment was on a Saturday, which is pretty special that I did not have to take any time off of work to make yet another appointment. Plus, Saturday's are wonderful, the lobby is nearly empty and Jutta at the front desk was very friendly. Theresa ended up being my sonographer and she was amazing! She let me see the screen for he whole exam even though she did not appear to be in a comfortable position (obviously it's more important SHE see the screen but how considerate of her!) I really did not have any questions to ask because she explained everything before I even thought to ask it. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had all day and she spent the full 60 minutes obtaining perfect images to ensure that my little boy was perfect! Her professionalism was very reassuring as a first time mom. In addition my results were compared to all prior ultrasound and I could view them online even sooner than expected! So this is my first time here. I get in appointment to come in for my ultrasound by phone. Request time of from work. I'm loosing money for the day for this appt. I drive 1 hour to my appt to show and they tell me I can't be seen. Why because there system is down and there's now way for them to see who's scheduled. They don't even call us to let is know. The front desk receptionist is rude. I wouldn't recommend this service to nobody. read more
