I could have do e without the doctors, they were useless and just walked around like gods and acted like they were in charge and knew what they were doing. They did not. It was very apparent. When my father was transferred to the ICU all family were invited in, we are had accepted and new it was our final hours. This is where Carlee stepped in, she was the angel we needed. She was our nurse and handled the whole process with love in her heart and actions. Again the doctors up there came around talking in circles and I had to correct them on the events of the day because they were just making things up and acting like they knew. Treating us like idiots. All the doctors I had an interaction with could have never shown there faces or talked in circles and just not been there and they would have never been missed. They were useless. The staff on that floor, besides the doctors, were angels and let us have our last hours with him be what we needed to let him go peacefully. Language barriers beside, the bedside manners of these doctors is ridiculous, they know nothing of "care" without Carlee, Erica and surrounding staff, that place would be abandoned. As my Father was passing and after he passed Erica came up stairs to see how he was. She was human, and compassionate. After he passed and we had our time, there were hugs and tears on both sides. The Doctors, absent. I enjoyed that, I am afraid I would have shared my feelings with them in a bad way. I plan on going back and thanking the staff that did there job as soon as I can do it without losing it. Thank you Erica and Carlee and God bless you and staff for doing what you do. My father's name was Michael McKinley Kent, my name is Dale McKinley Kent.

I was instructed by my…read moretreatment team to go here through a certain means of transportation and I just seem to be bearing the brunt of negativity for just sort of doing what I was told. Somehow I get the vibe that the staff here might be suspecting that I might be some undercover person investigating the facility for some reason. The lady whom I spoke with for check in was a real b**ch and I hope she gets what's coming to her. I do get this type of "observantly evil" mannerisms from alot of the staff here as something seems different this time around from the last time I was here. Alot of folks here seem to be more on edge than last time so I think I should probably try another hospital from this. I mean, I could understand how it got some positive reviews as I do not mean every single staff member, but this experience was severely odd as I have never really been hit with this before. I wonder what exactly could have changed.

Both the lady and male security guards went out of their way to locate my grandma's cane we had left a month prior. The nurses (Kaitlyn in med surge) and Carmie (CNA) at her most recent hospitalization were thorough with both managing her care, but also sharing her discharge information. I really appreciated the encouraging words from them as well. I can't speak on much of the doctors themselves, but my grandma's alive and doing well so I'd say that's been good. My only complaints are: the small ED lobby that feels like a bubble of germs with the circle of seats to cough onto each other. The lack of communication with wait times in between information given once you're in a room in the ED... and bedside with some ER doctors. But that's par the course for most hospitals.

The skin had grown over it and even though I got the earring out, the back wouldn't budge and it hurt. In times before, I'd remember that some doctors would turn my newly found concerns away and tell me I had to make another appointment. Dr Arthur did it all. She's amazing and overall Sutter has been a great place to have my medical care. Thank you again!

Napa State is an old state hospital with an outdated and historic look. It is a large hospital and located right across a common community area and a community college across the street, not something you would imagine, but that is where it stands. The entire thing is fenced off but it is rather easy to get on the premises, you can get through the gate and park. There are lot of cops around on patrol and some just driving around keeping an eye on the place. The place seems quiet with no one around. Old buildings around and you will see some occasional people walking around, patients or not? I have no idea. If you do plan on visiting here or visiting someone here, make sure to look at their website of what to bring and what not to bring for the person that you may be visiting. This place is considered high security and dangerous with dangerous people committed inside but yet there is still a sense of history and safety with the fenced hospital...

I didn't do anything and they imprisoned me for vehicle theft when I never stole a vehicle. They let me out after two years with nothing. It took me three weeks to get my identification back to access my bank in which I had to sleep on park benches for three weeks. I tried to report the officer but was told San Ramon has no black police officers. As if this wasn't bad enough one of their workers started emailing and video calling me every day through Facebook. He came to my home, took me out several times and then told me he wished I weighed less and that he may have diseases after he was intimate with me and then never saw me again. I don't sleep around and have had only one partner in my whole life. He prayed on an innocent person that was a patient and put my health at risk as well as tried to hurt my self esteem. He should be fired! I had to have every single std test done because of him.
