It was easy and intuitive to book a reservation online, and they'll give you the name and the phone number of your driver before the pick-up. The driver found my apartment just fine, and the car was very clean and comfortable. They won't be chatty unless you're chatty, and considering it was a 3:30am pickup it was such a relief that I didn't need to talk. We were headed to the airport in the pouring rain and I felt very safe the whole time. They're also prompt at providing a receipt for the ride after it is done, in case you need anything for your records. Gratuity is already included so you don't need to worry about having cash. Our flight got canceled, then delayed three times and David from Warner Center Limo Service was there waiting for us when our flight landed. To make matters worse, the couple we were traveling with missed their connecting flight. We couldn't just leave them standing there so David waited nearly 2 and a half hours for us to help them sort out stand by. When he came to pick us up, we were at a completely different terminal AND we had to pee. He patiently waited. We are now headed home to the Valley from LAX in rush hour traffic and he's kept his cool while I'm in the back dropping F bombs at the situation. Yes, I'm writing this review as we roll. If I could give negative points I would! My son graduated from high school yesterday and I ordered a limo to take 8 family members through the drive-through diploma pick up parade. I really wanted to somehow make the day memorable. I also have a tiny car that barely fits 4 people. I scheduled for 2pm. When 2pm came, there was no limo. I decided to wait, maybe the driver was late? 2:30pm no limo. I thought maybe the company thought I said 3pm? By 3pm with no limo I was scrambling to figure out how to get my family to the school all together! I tried an XL Uber- it wasn't big enough. I tried some friends who might have a big enough vehicle- no success. I tried other limo companies but they needed a full hour to get their car ready! Only my son, his dad and me were able to go. Thank you Warner Center Limo Service. I would have used a more reliable company but you didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me no one was coming. You didn't answer mine and my husbands phone calls trying to reach you for 40minutes!! The worst service EVER! I DO NOT recommend using this company. There are smaller companies with more reliable options. Try those. read more

I definitely recommend this company if you guys are looking for limos. You don't have to pay so much for a really nice limousine. They are probably the cheapest one that I've seen. Picked us up on time June 30, 2014 at 4:40 AM at our house to take us to LAX. When it was time to pick us at LAX on July 7, 2014 at 11:15 pm, they were not there waiting for us. After getting our luggage I called them & was told the driver is driving around looking for us. We waited a half hour for them. I will never use there service again. I was asked to be picked up at 5:30 AM to go to the airport. The driver was there at 5:25 AM and was courteous. I was also picked up from the international terminal in which my luggage was delayed for over 45 minutes. The driver waited for me and pick me up once I was able to exit the terminal. My driver showed up on time, had the car seat I'd requested for my daughter, helped us with our bags, and drove us to the train station in plenty of time to catch our train.
