My daughter was supposed to attend her after-school program, but staff allowed her to leave campus unattended instead. No one noticed she had walked off school grounds. When I raised this serious safety concern with the principal, her response was dismissive and lacked accountability, placing blame on the after-school program rather than addressing the lapse in supervision. Although my daughter stayed enrolled for another year, I ultimately removed her due to the school's continued lack of responsibility and care. I sincerely hope they have improved their student safety procedures

My teachers Mrs. Davis & Mrs. Reagle (Kindergarten), Mrs. Drawbond (1st), Mrs. Miles (2nd), Mrs. Sullivan (3rd), Mrs. Huey (4th) and Mr. Soelter (5th) were all outstanding educators, mentors and people. The principal, Dr. Cosgrove, was a great person as well. Even the custodian, Fred, was a great guy and would entertain us all at the yearly Ice Cream Social with his barbershop quartet. The school has grown in size over the years and changes are visible from the 40 years ago I was there. But I would bet it is still a great place for young minds to get a great start on their education.

Daycare is great. They open early and close late. They help with homework and truly care about student learning. The tone felt unnecessarily harsh. I understand that supervising many kids at once can be challenging--I have six years of experience working in children's ministry--but there are respectful and effective ways to communicate with kids without raising your voice excessively. Children deserve patience, guidance, and a calm environment where they feel safe and supported, especially during unstructured times like recess. Hearing that level of yelling was upsetting and made me question the approach being used. Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this school at this time. I encourage parents to observe and ask questions to ensure the environment aligns with how they want their children to be treated and supported. Poor children , do they really need a loud speakerphone to speak to children? I mean their ears are not even developed like ours. My voice would be enough. Whoever was yelling was also using one of those things that coaches use. I'm not sure what it's called. I will be speaking to Dr.kacou since I called the office wanting to speak to her hopefully this matter is resolved
