HORRIBLE SERVICE. Long rant of a post but worth the read. I placed an order for my daughter's graduation two days before pick up. I ordered her a flower lei with glitter and paid over the phone. When asked what time I would like to pick it up I stated, "3-5ish," to which the girl replied that was fine. I foolishly didn't look to see what time this place closed, not knowing they close at 5pm. On the day of my daughter's graduation I came to pick up her lei at around 5:15pm (I was running a bit late like every mom on the day of her kid's graduation) and as you can imagine they were closed. Doors locked, lights off, no one inside. I was FURIOUS. I had told my family that I was getting her a lei, so no one else did. It was extremely disappointing, and there was nothing I could do. The next morning I went into the store and explained what had happened, waited about 10 minutes for the manager, Remington. When he got to me he said, "So, what, you just want the order cancelled." No apologies. No ounce of anything apologetic. Nothing. In fact, what I received was an attitude. He was extremely rude and frankly looked annoyed with me. This photo is of flowers delivered 4 days ago and the still look great and my apartment has the soft scent from the roses- so lovely! Their delivery service went over and above. Really user friendly website with ease of access. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to service. You can order ahead and pay more if you'd like an earlier or same day delivery. The gift card option was great and allowed for a more personalized option. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars is because of quality. I believe if you compare the picture to the website, there's more of a difference than I would hope when spending over $100. The vibrancy and flower selection, along with the vase appearance, seems slightly lacking compared to the online picture. My Husband sent me flowers from this place and it was beautiful. I have one complaint though. We do vase less flowers cause I have way too many already. The arrangement was really beautiful , but the baby's Breath and the green foliage was too short to put in a vase . Why would you do that? Everything is supposed to about the same length so it fits even in the vase and reaches the water . Hopefully the next order will be better arranged. read more

Update: after 1 day the flowers are already dying. If you look at the 2 star reviews my situation seems to be repeated over and over again. This morning I called Suzanns flowers to order an arrangement for my wife to be sent to her work. They have 3 sizes, obviously the bigger the cost goes up. I purchased the largest arrangement and it was delivered to my wife When she got home I took a look at it and it looked more along the size of the standard size (smallest). I called suzanns and expressed my disappointment in what was delivered, and the shear size of the arrangement, it didn't look nearly as big nor full as what the photo looks like. When I see a photo of what I'm buying I expect to receive that. They offered me a 20 dollar refund, which I refused. Then they offered to come get the flowers and give me a new arrangement but again didn't promise would look like the photo because some of the flowers may be unbloomed so they last longer. I told him why would you send unbloomed flowers, I don't care how long they last, first impression is everything. I dont know if the owner thought I just wanted to get something free out of it but that's not the case. I told him what would satisfy me and he declined. So I told him I will eat the 100 cost of this arrangement and write a review. Not to mention a couple of the flowers were crispy( aka dying or dead) and some were smashed. So moral of this is, don't expect to get what is advertised from this place. Not sure how they have over. read more

Suzann's flowers arrangement are so beautiful. The prices are fair. The only complaint was their delivery time frame. I was going to do delivery. But their time stamp was only 8am-4pm. There was no closer time frame whatsoever. I requested time delivery 3-4pm and they want to charge $30 from upland to pomona. Thats little too much for the delivery.
