There's a huge area for the kids to climb & go down slides. There's also a big connect 4 board, memory game, stepping stones, & balls to play with. Not to mention, if you have smaller kids, they have a little section dedicated to them. If you're looking for something to do with your kids that is fun and worth the money, I definitely encourage you to check this place out!

We decided to do the mini golf course which is 18 holes for eight dollars a person. The mini golf course was kept clean and it was fun. They have a lot of seating outside so you can relax and the arcade games were very fun. We were able to play quite a bit of games for $20. Make sure you check out both rooms. I would definitely go back.

It's an interesting setup... the arcade is divided between two buildings and one of the buildings (with the party room and bar) has a giant step up to get in. No idea what the bar looked like because it was behind a solid door. Bathrooms were clean. Prices were reasonable and there was a great deal of snacks available for purchase. (Redbull, Gatorade, and celcius were drink options). Smaller arcade but the games were fun for our 4 year old., good variety. Mini golf was a nice clean course with some unique holes that challenged us. The only thing that sucked was that at least two of the holes were completely flooded from earlier rain. Despite there not being a drain system there and all of the holes being full of water, we still enjoyed the course, and our son won a free game on the 18th hole. FYI- the mini golf course is also not wheelchair friendly.

Good evening, My…read morefamily and I visited Zao today and had a wonderful time. We utilized the batting cages, the mini golf, arcade, and go karts. My kids (8 y/o and 5 y/o) were so excited to exchange their tokens for prizes. While my 5 year old son was searching the prizes he would like to purchase, he somehow lost the card with all his tickets. He was so excited to use them so you can understand how devastated he was. We had just scanned the card and knew 380 tickets were on his card. On the verge of tears after seeing his sister with her prizes, your employee asked how he could help. We explained what happened and he took his time to add 380 tickets to a new card and let my son choose his prizes. You have no idea how much this changed our day. Instead of going home with a crying kid, he was so happy to walk away with a sword and candy bracelet. I hope I'm not getting the employee in trouble but he was a Nashville Predators fan. We don't travel to Valpo often so it was so nice to be taken care of. Please thank him for us and you have yourself a wonderful employee. We'll be back! -Shawn

Is it just my imagination, or did pinball in this arcade used to cost a lot less? I could have…read moresworn there were very few machines that cost a buck and the rest were 25 cents or maybe 50 cents if one wanted to splurge. When I was here yesterday, I found that almost all of them were a buck, a few were 75, and a fewer were 50, and maybe on for 25. Now that said, Logan Arcade does have a tremendous selection of different pinball machines. Many of them are modern Sterns, some are older Bally's, a few old school, and one being the mechanical type with no computers within. There is also a fair selection of other arcade games, some vintage, others a bit newer, which I did not partake in. I have to say though, one of them was Dance Dance Revolution, which I haven't seen for at least 15 years! On the modern side, they have a totally awesome motion + VR-based game, which is a lot of fun to play. Though I am a bit embarrassed because I think you can see how I'm playing right behind me on a massive screen. Still well worth the five bucks for the experience, if for nothing else. Another thing I really like that they do is that instead of operating based on tokens, it's quarters. The one advantage to token is you're able to buy them with a credit card (though usually in $5 increments). Quarters, meanwhile, don't lock you into playing a certain amount of games - get as many quarters as you need and then leave with what you don't- it's US currency, use it anywhere you'd like. Where it comes to their bar service, I can't really comment as I didn't buy anything this time around (the photo is from a few months ago). However, looking at the menu, it seems they are more about cheap options as opposed to anything worthy of writing home about. So we are left with an arcade that is good fun to kill a couple of hours. It's one that has market rates for modern arcade games, cheap classics, and cheap booze. Likely more funs with friends if you are competitive.

Every time I felt excited to see a game and start playing, I would look over my shoulder to see another classic. I took photos of the ones that brought back strong memories of playing with my cousin at the bowling alley or the 7-Eleven, at the camp grounds and at the hotels, and even at the casinos when our parents were hitting the slots. $20 unlimited gaming is a steal for what you get here. I have no complaints. There are bathrooms in the back as well as a coat rack. There is plenty of space to feel comfortable taking your time. While there is no food, there are drinks available and they allow in and out privileges with your wristband. My wish would be that they find 720, the skateboarding game... Paperboy, and Crazy Taxi, and add them to the lineup. Also a few more shooters from the 90s, as those were quarter guzzlers that we could never finish with real money. I've been here twice and will be back again soon!
