When they clean the filter, rather than have the debris go into a portion of the yard that will not damage anything (there is an open dirt space 2 feet away) they clean on the pea gravel pathway into the yard which is also a dog run. Every 4 weeks I clean up and remove debris and add new pea gravel. I finally complained and the response was a big so what. I can't imagine anyone would want that debris dumped on the pathway to the yard. Once brought to their attention you would think they would apologize and make it right- no way. response was "your pool needs the filter cleaned every 4 week because it gets dirty fast" ok - that has nothing to do with the issue blame the client. not a good company to deal with.

Recently, our pool pump was making a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and we have to shut down the machine. The owner Ken responded to my call in a timely manner, came over to our house to assess the problem that same day and made sure we turned off the right switches etc. He explained the problems, gave a written quote within a couple days and scheduled us for a new pump installation. The job was completed as promised and everything is running well again. We are extremely happy with their service for all these years and would highly recommend them.

After the storms this Oct, like many pools, ours was clogged and a mess. It took him two weeks to come out and fix the system. Another time, after again returning from out of town, I discovered out hot tub was bone dry.... and has been for about a week when one of his people opened the wrong valve and emptied the hot tub into the pool.... leaving the filter and sweep motors to run dry without cooling or lube... This actually was the second time this had happened in the last few years. When we called to complain, did the owner come out to check or deal with it? No. He sent an employee who does not even speak english. This is not real professional behavior. Shows he really didn't care about what harm may have been done.
