Easy communication via email to get a carpet cleaning appointment scheduled with Beto's Carpet Cleaning. This small business was very efficient, careful, thorough, and friendly. The prices were very affordable, and the work the two-man team did was outstanding! They arrived exactly at the appointment time, and it took about 2 hours for them to clean 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and 2 sets of stairs in a 3-story townhome. The quote and final cost matched up perfectly, so no surprises along the way. I was very impressed with the work they did, how communicative they were, and, again, how thorough they were. I will most definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

Working with Betos carpet cleaning was a great experience from start to finish! I made a request on yelp for a quote and within an hour Betos carpet cleaning responded to me. I like the fact that their quote was the end price after sales tax and any other obligations. I then called a few days later to verify the quote price and they still stuck to that same price. Repeat customers since 2011! We first met Beto and his team because of yelp as renters. Our Golden Retriever had gotten sick in various spots all over white carpet. Beto and team to the rescue! When they were done cleaning, not only were the stains gone, but the carpet looked better than we moved in. We got our entire security deposit back, in part because of clean carpets. Homeowners for many years now, we have continued to work with Beto and team over the years and most recently in July 2020. They clean upholstery as well. We are life long customers! read more

From the first moment of communication we have been so impressed with Beto's and especially a big shout out to Marco! After reading so many great reviews and seeing what a fair price for their services we chose Beto's to clean our apartment carpet. This carpet was in very bad shape and Marco was able to bring it back to looking new again. Unfortunately, we have a beagle that has had accidents and Marco has a special solution to get rid of the odor which definitely works. I just got a puppy and despite cleaning up after him when he had an accident, my place still smelled like pee. I had put in quotes with a few businesses for my apartment and Beto's had the best value AND availability. Their pricing was fair and they were open later than other businesses which I appreciate since I'm back to the office most days. The team that arrived was so friendly and efficient. Prompt and courteous service, but mediocre cleaning job. I had them clean Berber carpets in two bedrooms. When they were done, the center area was clean, but there was still a lot of dirt on the edges along the baseboards. I sent a photo and he told me the machines can't get in that close to the wall. I think I'll try someone next time who will do the edges, even if it has to be by hand. That's how I ended up cleaning it myself. read more

Beto's Carpet Cleaning was great - very reasonably priced (cheaper than quoted), fast, and they even came early (with my permission), which was great, as I was hoping they would be early. My berber carpeting took a little longer than quoted to dry - probably closer to 6 hours, but I did not mind. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service, and will totally use them again. read more

Too good to be true but TOTALLY IS!!!! Beto's Carpet Cleaning is an Amazon carpet cleaning company! I am never going back to Stanley Steamer or any other company. Not only does Beto's company feel like family but they are soooo professional! Sooooo kind and the quality of service and performance are unmatched! I had an emergency. While I was at work, my dog got sick and threw up all over my carpets. I called Beto's after I found them on YELP. It was late but they answered the phone took my info and was at my house first thing the next morning. When I tell you they did a GREAT job I mean it. My carpets are mostly white & my dog left dark GREEN "presents" all over. After Marcos and his wife finished my carpets look like new. Very very happy!! I will be calling them back to clean my basement carpets too. read more

Who does that? When I decided on his crew, I couldn't have made a better choice - they were professional, they were clean, they didn't mind one thousand questions from an honestly curious home owner - and the end result was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I didn't know anything about home repairs - Luis and his team helped me make choices that created the MOST BEAUTIFUL new kitchen space anyone could ask for. Then a clean 2.5-inch top layer applied. Great attention to detail and edging. It's practically a work of art! The price was extremely good, for a 200-ft run.

American Window undercut the estimates of the other two vendors by a substantial margin. We also really liked they only asked for a modest down payment. Jay was our sales contact at American Windows and he was absolutely great. He has an engaging personality, and kept all his commitments to us. We appreciated that when installation day came, he swung by to ensure all was going well. Oh, how did the installation go? It was fantastic. Not only did the windows and door come earlier than promised, the American Windows crew came on time and worked quickly and professionally. We were amazed that the whole job only took 4 1/2 hours to complete. The windows and door materials are high quality and we are very satisfied with the results.

Even though they weren't open yet and are by-appointment-only, Phil greeted us without hesitation.It turned out they couldn't take on our small window sill repair since they didn't install the original window, but Phil helped us anyway! He gave us repair ideas, explained potential causes, pointed us toward the right tools, and gave us contacts who could help. To top it off, his cuddly dog Wilson kept us company, and Phil even recommended a local spot for lunch since he knew we had a long drive. We are completely speechless at his kindness and support, despite not even being paying customers. Based on this first impression, we would work with Phil any day.
