Amy has multiple offices and has always been able to provide me with an appointment within a week when I have asked. Both offices I have attended are clean and comfy. She instantly wipes everything down when you are done and after the light session of 20 minutes, you use a vibration plate to help stimulate muscles as well. I found Svelte to be highly unprofessional and absolutely do not recommend them for any of their services and I never stepped one foot into their place of business. I called in response to a Groupon that they posted. Each time I called, the line disconnected. I then receive this strange text asking "Who is this?" I thought that this was odd for a place of business to text me in this fashion, but I still responded letting them know that I was simply calling with questions to help me decide if I should purchase the Groupon. The response I received was "I'm out of town." I responded back stating to give me a call upon return to the office. I then receive an automated text advising to call their number to schedule an appointment and then another asking my name. I responded and then the next text I received was they are not accepting new clients due to Covid which otherwise would have been understandable. But if they are not accepting new clients, why are they accepting sales from Groupon? If they are not accepting new clients, why go back and forth with me only to tell me they are not accepting new clients once I gave my name. And the final question I have, why are they sending me unprofessional text messages as if this is some mysterious service operating behind a dark curtain. I found this level of service to a potential customer absolutely unacceptable a making me wonder if I was somehow discriminated against as I recalled they suddenly they didn't accept new clients after I gave my name. Usually I do reviews to warn people away from places. I'm slowly working on it. But I had to write a review for this place. I saw the Groupon for Svelte and called for more information. Amy promptly returned my call and answered all of my questions. She even offered me a special she was running. Although I was skeptical of the service I decided to give it a try anyway. On the first visit Amy told me to increase cardio & water for maximum results. I honestly didn't increase my cardio. I do a 30 minute walk on my treadmill every morning at a 2.5-3.0 and drink close to 2 liters in a day already. I had already stopped fast food. But at 42.....I needed more help and Amy did just that. After just one month of treatments I saw an amazing difference. I took the pictures for my own personal viewing but when I noticed the changes so quickly I had to share them. Im a 44 y/o mom w 3 kids ages 18, 9 & 6. I had my 1st child @ 26, i gained 11lbs total all throughout my pregnancy, amazing, huh? I lost my belly in 2 wks post-natal! Yup, it was that fast and that was w/o breastfeeding. At 35, i had my 2nd child and my biggest. Gained 20lbs and lost the belly in 3 wks. At 38, i had my 3rd! Gained abt 20 lbs again, did not breastfeed and still looks like 6 months pregnant! I took almost all the slimming teas, pills, considered cool sculpting but way, way too expensive then i saw this treatment on Dr Oz. I said why not, it might work for me. So, i googled and saw Amy's ad. I started to do it in Jan 2018. I did 2x/wk because that's the only days that she's in Danville. But also the least recommended treatment a wk for this by the guest Dr on Dr Oz's show. I told Amy, i will be happy and satisfied if my belly will shrink in half from what i got. Also, have this duckbill shape in my mid belly be flatter. I had to be realistic abt this treatment bcz it's not a traditional lipo and a tummy tuck where u can really achieve a flat and tight belly. So, i was faithful every wk and did the treatments. I saw some small improvements on the 12th treatment. I have to consider that I have nursed this hard & stubborn belly fats for 6 yrs.
