Finding a company that takes customer service SERIOUSLY is AMAZING these days...finding a company with great customer service FOLLOW-THRU...great communication AND providing the service for $100's of dollars LESS than other quotes...THAT is PRICELESS. I highly recommend Reno Type. We have found our custom printer! I'm posting pics of an email that demonstrates Robert's excellent communication. It is almost impossible to find such thorough communication these days. If you are busy, Reno Type is your best bet. Robert has handled everything through email.     I had initially planned on getting a flyer printed at Office Depot but they didn't offer the square…read moresize I needed. I was nervous that if I sourced locally the cost for 25 flyers would go up significantly. Either way I called Reno Type and was pleasantly attended by Charles who took all my information down and helped me through the whole process We started an email conversation as there were details that had to be exchanged. Turnaround time was about a day and a half- amazing. And they were able to provide me with the square size I needed at a fair price. When I got to the store to pick the flyers I got to meet Charles which was very nice since I got to thank him in person.

Online order was not ready, as informed. I was told, "You can always shop it yourself now you're here". Which I did and couldn't locate one item that was supposed to be in stock. "Yeah, we don't keep that one out. (Big sigh). I'll go and get it" I was then told I needed access to the email which it was purchased through, or the cashier couldn't release the products to me. After a back-and-forth, I was instructed to "just sign the phone". The store phone, not the individuals personal phone that seemed to be of greater importance, was grimy and utterly disgusting. I asked could the person just wipe or clean it first. "Everybody else uses it, what the problem ?" Errrrrrrm....exactly. Fortunately I have hand wipes in the car, as one does. I signed it. Grabbed my stuff. Exited. This entitled, lazy, obnoxious, 'ratchet', 'slore' of a girl is a perfect example of how the world is degenerating. Before I die, which is soon with any luck, I will continue my allegiance to Office Depot.

    OK I'm going to put this review smack dab in the middle. I've only been here once. But it wasn't…read moreall bad. Started out just fine with a wonderful employee that was very polite and helpful. She got me all up to speed so I could do my printing. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you for your work and helping me. However: (cue music of a doomlike quality). I went to the machine to get started on my little project. I was getting a bit flummoxed. I saw that another customer was being attended by a fella who was helping him with his issue. So I quietly waited for their transaction to finish. The employee sees that I'm waiting and comes over to assist me. I in my jovial and usually self deprecating manner explaining to him my misfortune with the infernal machine. You know keeping it light. But I don't know what went wrong. I was just communicating with this individual when he cut me off and said "let me finish". All kindness, humor and understanding has officially left my body. I have to now get out of the store immediately before I lose my temper. Because before this negative interaction I was in a really good mood. I tell him I have to go now. So I return to the front counter and return all my cards and such to the pleasant lady that helped me in the first place. Apparently I have no poker face whatsoever. She asks if everything is ok. I confirmed that it's nothing she or anyone else there has done(I'm desperately trying to extricate myself before I lose it). But, I tell her there was that guy over there who is patently rude and unprofessional. She apologized. i reiterated that it wasn't her fault. Now I'm feeling kinda half bad. This is now making me even more mad. I leave. OK that's about it. Not saying that this location is a no-go but it definitely needs to train it's staff in the fine art of customer service.

I walked in midday on a weekday and the self service kiosk wasn't marked as an Amazon Returns Kiosk. I asked if it was and the clerk said only if it was currently logged in. It wasn't. I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone else that had an issue with holes in a print order. When It was finally my turn, the label printer wasn't working and only printed to a different printer that the clerk then had to find. Bottom line my return eventually got processed (about 14 minutes) but they are not shining as a place I would want to come for other business with all of the confusion and missteps.
