Following day we got up & headed over to Kingston where he was having a Food Truck pop up and OMG - It did not disappoint, the pizza was well worth the drive, we were mad we didnt stock up and order more! We got the Steak & Chipotle and there were no complaints, burned just the way pizza should be. Flavors were all fresh, Steak was tender & well seasoned. Prices cant be beat! The team was all super friendly on site as well, will definitely be crashing every pop up he has in the future and seriously thinking of having a dinner party JUST to have the oven pull up. He has a portable wood fire oven that he hauls around - its literally the coolest set up! The empanadas caught my eye as they came as a set of three. We opted for the steak. These were ready pretty quickly. They used flour as their dough and not corn/masa. The meat was plentiful, shredded, and well-seasoned. However, it was super umami and really could have used some heat or acidity to wake it up. The chipotle cream that came with it helped only slightly. As others have pointed out, they are on the pricier side, three empanadas for $20! While it was enjoyable, I doubt we would search them out again, which is why I decided on a 3 and not a four. Of note, they did have one of the largest menu options we saw that day.

Their iced lattes are always spot on and the team at New Creations does a great job mixing up specials that can range from something like a coconut lime latte to something like a maple latte, for example.
