My Demon had some bad rubber built up in the rear wheel well. The interior was clean as I don't drive it that much(about 1500 miles per year) but the outside needed some attention. Ryan didn't disappoint. Next task was to clean up my 2018 BMW X5M. I have 3 kinds under 3 and when they're all in the car things get messy. Ryan went as far as using a tooth pick to remove dirt from the perforated seats: Something that I had there for a while but didn't really know how to clean it and I didn't even had to ask him to do it. Ryan was also very receptive at the suggestions I made and he encouraged me to be picky and point out whatever he might've missed. And finally, I asked him to work on my 2014 Harley Davidson V Rod Muscle. The bike was clean but it had some really bad water spots on the engine side covers that I could not remove and some really deep scratches on the air filter cover (on some bikes this would be the fuel tank, my bike is special lol) he spent quite a lot of time sanding and polishing my engine cover, when he was done with that he saw the rear fork right next to the engine wasn't looking top shape either so he did the fork as well and he finished with my filter cover and didn't stop there and did my fenders as well. I'm super mad that I didn't take before pictures because that would've been a great comparison. BTW, somehow my bike had red overspray on it (I didn't know and I still don't know how it got there) something that you couldn't see in the daylight but you could've feel the roughness, Ryan clayed the bike and removed all the overspray before polishing the affected areas. I highly recommend this business, this is not your typical car wash where your car will be done in 20 minutes and it will be full of grease and all sorts of unwanted products, this guy will actually detail your car. Ryan is the type of guy that will research products and your particular car to see if he can use those products on your car. Some cars will have more road rash than you can expect anyone to remove, but if you have reasonable expectations, Ryan will surprise you and exceed your expectations. read more

Ryan with Swan Auto Detailing is a perfectionist when it comes to auto detailing. I called and asked for a full detail (including carpet/leather) for my 2007 Jaguar XKR. Ryan was a bit more expensive than where I normally take my car, but since he was coming to me, I figured it was worth it. I was NOT disappointed! Not only was Ryan professional and courteous, he was also very knowledgeable and friendly. When he saw my car he could see the "swirls" left by other detailing places along with minor scratches. He also pointed out that my leather hadn't been properly cleaned and/or treated with a leather protectant. My car is 12 years old and although I think I take good care of it, it was in need of some TLC. Ryan also suggested a ceramic coating to preserve my paint finish. I decided to take him up on it as I didn't want the paint to start oxidizing. The end result was nothing less than phenomenal! I was blown away when I saw my car! I wish I had taken before and after pictures, instead of just "after". My car looks better than when I bought it! To say I am thrilled with the results is an understatement! Ryan has been washing my cars for years. When I get a detail done our vehicles always look better than I thought was possible considering a couple of them are not brand new. He also details our boat which hasn't looked good in years. We were considering buying a new one but since Ryan started detailing it, it looks so good that we've decided to keep it. He uses really good products that just seem to work very well. I used to have a hard time finding a reliable guy to show up to wash or detail our vehicles but that hasn't been the case with Ryan. Ryan (owner) at Swan Mobile Detail has an unbelievable talent and attention to detail. Seeing his work made us realize how much all other car wash shops are really just phoning it in. My husband had a seven year old BMW 5 series that Ryan worked on, which has endured some pretty heavy abuse from our toddlers on both the interior and exterior (tiny kick marks all over the seats, scratches from toys across the hood and doors, tons of crumbs, etc.). Ryan somehow reversed all this damage and handed us back a car that looks more pristine than the day we first picked it up from the dealer. My husband was originally going to get paint work done at a body shop to repair the scratches, but after Ryan was done with the wax, you couldn't even see them anymore. Amazing what a difference pro technique and experience make. He clearly takes immense pride in his work, is passionate about what he does and really knows his stuff.
