If I could give this business zero stars, I totally would! November 2020- I purchased $150 worth of items from them and they sent me all the incorrect sizes (on purpose) which caused me to have to return all the items i received. They then issued me a Gift Card, after I requested that my money be returned to its original payment method. Who wants to shop with a business, that intentionally defrauds its customers? I didn't! Ignoring my requests, they issued the gift card ($150) anyway, even after informing me that they did not have enough items to accommodate me in my original (and chosen) sizes. June 2021- I finally use that wack gift card, and purchased some items for my sister. I didn't want to take the chance of waiting too long, and they don't allow me to use it- and I'm out $150! (I didn't trust them at all). They partially shipped my order, and never informed me (again) that they were out of a Legging set that I ordered. Once I received my items and noticed that it wasn't in there- I then contacted them at the email address listed on their site. After two days they responded and apologized, stating that they would "ship the item when it comes in." I contacted them again (because I knew this would never happen) and asked to be refunded for the Legging set, to my original form of payment. I knew that they'd find some way- to not ship my items, because they never had the Legging set(s) to begin with. I then receive an email stating that they refunded me for the Legging set... to what you ask? Another Damn Gift Card! (Insert rolling eyes emoji). I am personally making it my mission to get this business shut down or fined, until they can implement HONEST business practices, because they are crooks! They increase sales by advertising with various influencers on Instagram, but they don't Have the products to accommodate these sales- and WE (the consumer) suffer! I am sooo disappointed because I was so excited. This is the 2nd time in 2-3 months that what I purchased has NO stretch . The first pair was the "story high waisted jeans" they fit but with limited movement so I only wear them on laundry day because I have no other use for them. I got The "Mega stretch" on BF (fast shipping) and it has ZERO stretch at all. I usually get the same size and last time I got them they were good , they just ran their course. The worst part is that I can't even exchange for a bigger size if I wanted to because they have no more and I wouldn't get the mega stretch in another size if I had the option due to the lack of stretch. I mostly shop online for the store though the actual location is right down the street for me. I order in spurts and the shipping is always kind of sporadic. The last order that I placed was right on point and arrived right before Christmas. I was really thankful for that. Overall usually the shipping takes quite a while. You really have to read some of the reviews on the actual clothing to know how it fits. The sizing is usually off on jean products. I remember buying some shorts over the summer that I had to send back for a credit. That was very disappointing. I really think there is no professionalism considering you cannot speak to a live person when you call or leave a message. If they offered in-store returns, people might have a better outcome. But the whole credit and re-order process is crazy. My orders going forth are very limited with them. Because they don't really stand behind their product. Good luck getting any kind of return/exchange/credit from this "business". I ordered the stretchy jeans, and when I received them they were about 2 sizes smaller than what their site claimed. So I went to their portal to process a return for a credit -- this was 13 days after the product was delivered. Their website clearly states you can return within 14 days of receipt. But their system wouldn't let me make the return. So I contacted support; they responded days later with a generic corporate response and clearly didn't read my message. So I further explained the issue in more detail ... that was FIVE DAYS ago, and no response. Ive filed a chargeback against that company, which my credit card company has granted. This kind of support is absolutely horrific and not acceptable. I really should have trust my gut and not supported this ratchet, unprofessional business. Truth be told, the FedEx drivers didn't place a notice on my door or mailbox; they put it on the apartment complex's gate being lazy.
