Clothing fits oddly. If you are short and curvy, forget about it. I'm 5'1 with large boobs, big butt and a small waist. I've really only had success with stretchy sets, T-shirts, or hoodies. 8. After you return your items for a refund it takes sooooo much time to get a store credit that you almost forget about it. My question is WHY? I have ordered several time from Swank A Posh and I love the way their jeans fit. My only issue is the return policy sucks so make sure you want the items and are willing to keep them if you don't like them. I have had some issue with quality on other items I have ordered but the jeans have kept me coming back. The customer service sucks though. The fit is perfect for folks that want to show their curves and keep good wearing jeans. I learned my lesson on some faux leather pant that the stitching came out after the first wear so beware. But that being said the jeans are my go to's in my closet. I feel super sexy when wearing their jeans and they are worth every penny!!! read more

Let me tell y'all something.. if you're here on yelp doing your research you're very smart and will likely not waste money and time like I did. I've ordered a few things from Swank now and I will say that I have had no issues with their jeans. I bought some bell bottoms and some skinny jeans in a large and they both fit nicely. I ordered some nipple covers. Not what I expected, they didn't stay on at all. I go to leave a review about them and see that everyone else loved them. Okay. Maybe it's just me. So I leave an honest review simply saying they didn't work for me, maybe because my nipples are big. I ordered their Easy Fit set in a large. LOVED IT. Super stretchy, and was even too big in the pants because of the waist but I didn't care. I left a really positive review. Now fast forward to LAST WEEK. I ordered their "Borrow Your Heart Lined Pants" set. Now, because of my previous experience with the Easy Fit set I wanted to order a medium. I was hesitant because I always order a large, but in the description it says the model is wearing a small. I'm looking and the model and she's way thicker than me. I've ordered enough shit on Instagram to know that these girls aren't possibly wearing a small. But if you look at the picture you can see folds on the set, the way it looks when you have extra room. So as I toggle back and forth with whether I should get a medium or a large, I check the reviews. They're all positive but there are only 2 of them since April 2021 (it's August 2021 at the time of this review). Hmm that's suspicious. That's weird. But okay. I then go to the description of the material. 5% spandex, 95% polyester. Okay. I go to the listing for the Easy Fit set to compare the material, and low and behold it's the exact same. So if a large Easy Fit set was too big, and this Borrow Your Heart set is the same material, it makes sense to size down right? So I got it in a medium. The medium was too small, and I mean I couldn't even fit my thigh through the pants small. In my head I'm tryna figure out how tf a girl with more hips than me can fit into a smaller size. But hey, stuff like this happens right? I probably should have stuck with my regular size. Not even! This set just runs small asf! My friend who usually wears a medium ordered the exact same set in a large and it was too small for her. Okay. This set runs small and no one on the website has mentioned that in the reviews. So even though I rarely write reviews (this is actually my first Yelp review), I felt like I had to let other people know that this set runs small so that they don't waste their money (cuz Swank damn sure ain't givin you a refund). I write my not so positive review and verify it through their third party service Judge.me. Okay. Now I'm tryna see if my review posted so that other people will know how this set runs. Hmmm. My review is nowhere to be found. So I'm thinking, "maybe it takes some time to show up". Then I went to my profile on Judge.me and I check to see if my review for the nipple covers is there, since that was also a not so positive review. I ordered those December of last year (2020) so that should be more than enough time to show up. Guess what? My review on those nipple covers are no where to be found. Just to make sure I'm not jumping to conclusions, I went to check for my review for the Easy Fit set which was also left in December 2020. After scrolling through 84 or 85 pages of positive reviews, I found mine. So I say all that to say this: it's pretty clear that this company is not transparent about the fit of their clothes. They just copy and paste the same caption for multiple listings, therefore being inaccurate about the material, size and fit of the products. They hide negative reviews so that unsuspecting customers will feel reassured by the displayed positive reviews, and make purchases they may not have made otherwise. I do not believe that only 2 people reviewed the "Borrow Your Heart" set that unfortunately did not work out for me. I believe hundreds of people reviewed it and only 2 people had a positive experience, thus there only being 2 reviews. My biggest issue with Swank A Posh is their failure to be transparent. I am upset that my reviews have been hidden, because many shoppers could have benefited from knowing beforehand about the fit of this particular set. When combined with the "no refund, only store credit" policy, it becomes a store I can no longer support. I hope this review helped someone, and I hope that Swank realizes the importance of not hiding negative reviews from their listings, or being inaccurate with the material composition of their products. If you insist on shopping at Swank (I understand, they have cute stuff), I would recommend only purchasing the items with a lot of positive reviews. First, the jeans are comfortable. HOWEVER, they are not true to size. the size chart is completely false. I'm normally a 2x/16/18. I even went up a size in the 3 jeans I purchased and they all are too small in the waist. For example, I purchased a size 3x cargo pants which states 18-20 on their size chart. THEY ARE TOO SMALL. Poor customer service, charged me an extra "reshipping fee" after the jeans weren't delivered due to an address issue, I updated the address with the same details as was on my Shopify account and paid the reshipping fee , all for them to respond and say that they "cancelled" the reshipping fee by mistake and need me to "repay" the reshipping fee....so basically an additional $22 dollars on a pair of jeans that I still have not received no where near the time frame I was supposed to. I was actually excited to support this store but made the sad mistake of not reading my receipt after shopping at this location (admittedly my fault) but also had never even heard of a 5 day return policy!!! HORRIBLE customer service. After knowing about this boutique for yearsssss, I finally made a purchase for the first time on 10/7. I didn't wear the item I purchased until just little over a week ago, and I washed just as it said on the label (hand wash and air dry). After doing so, I noticed the fabric was LITERALLY SHREDDING. I'm very good about taking care of clothes I buy as instructed in their labels, so when I carefully did exactly what was written I was shocked to see the fabric falling apart. I emailed customer support about seeing if I could possibly get the item replaced (or some other sufficient solution) and even sending pictures of the damage, and all they did was kept sending me an automated email about returns and exchanges. Then, calling their customer service line, it's very evident their outsourcing because their support person was very clearly just at a call center. After explaining my situation, the agent then just gave me the same line saying my order is past the time frame for a return or exchange!!!! Like I NEVER said anything about returning, I'm just hoping for some kind of empathy and REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE to help replace an item that must clearly be defective. However, the agent kept feeding me their line about 14 day returns and it was obvious she wasn't listening to my problem. when they first started online a few years ago, I bought some jeans in tall and they fit perfectly (extremely stretchy, but the band was an issue, but a bearable one). my old pairs, i can still get on uncomfortably (L), but the little actual jean fabric these pants tend to have was basically see through in the crotch area. So I recently (within the last few months, this year) decided to buy some more during one of their sales. i went up a size or two for a better fit (because of that waistband and going up a size in clothing). i received my order and was excited and happy to replace my old pair of jeans from them. i immediately noticed the feel and stretch of the fabric was different. i could barely get them to stretch... and these are suppose to be stretchy pants. i tried to get 1 leg up and it was a no go. no way in hell these the same pants as before and they were obviously also missized and/or the manufacture didn't make the actual product correctly, because... why wasn't it stretching from the moment i took it out the package? i didn't have to put them on to know something was off. i was highly disappointed. i had bought a few of their tall pants and not one of them behaved the same as my old ones when taken out of the package.
