And businesses often under-promise and over-deliver (which is rare, and oftentimes a selling point). Well, Ray over-promised and over-delivered (is that even possible?) Our water heater was in its last days and I could tell it was going downhill fast. It was a Thursday evening and I was losing hope that I'd get someone before the weekend hit. Well, Ray to the rescue. He responded via Yelp Thursday night letting me know to give him a call first thing Friday. Well, I did. And Ray walked me through step by step what it's going to look like and that he can come in Friday afternoon to get the water heater replaced. He answered all my questions BEFORE the job, made sure I knew everything I was going to purchase BEFORE he purchased it all. I was in the know and he did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need -- which I always appreciate. In fact, he went the extra mile to offer me different pricings and options for the water heater and its parts so I can pick for myself. He gave his two cents about the parts and the water heater AFTER I asked him about the difference, and not just rambling about his opinions trying to sell us the most expensive ones. Then, he came as promised right around noon and went right to fixing our mess. Got it done in a matter of few hours making it look awesome. Oh, but Ray isn't done after the installation and fix. He made sure to go over every little thing he did so that I wasn't left confused about anything. And he documented it all so I have it for my records. Then, he leaves saying I can let him know if I notice any further problems with it so he can make sure to tidy it up, not that I think I'll need it because he already did an awesome job for us. The job cost us right around what we thought it would cost us and that's always a good thing. A nice cherry on top is that Ray is very personable and is pleasant to talk with and is a people person. Might I add that he had a great attitude--not the kind of attitude that appears he's in it for the money. Nope. That's always the type of person we enjoy doing business with. Thanks, Ray! We had one little issue with planting and they came and fixed it right away. Tyler was a complete professional. They did the demo, hardscape, moved boulders, irrigation, water feature and lighting. And it was a nightmare. I couldn't for the life of me get any landscapers to give me quotes, much less perform the work. Out of 17 landscapers contacted I only received 3 quotes. Brady and Casey were right in the middle and gave me options that I hadn't considered. I had a tenant in the house that was basically living with a dead front and backyard. After the contract was signed, they got it done. And done fast! The end result was so well done I've asked them to do the yards at my own personal residence. These guys are pros. Towards the end of our 20…read moremin talk, Shannon mentioned they have a special needs, adolescent son who would be accompanying them if they came at a certain day/time. She then proceeded to ask me if it would be alright for him to use our pool. That made me uncomfortable, as it felt inappropriate and audacious to make such a request, having just met them 20 min prior. Ultimately, I chose another day in an attempt to gracefully skirt that odd request. A date and time was selected when the child would be in school. Day of service, the owner, Adolfo, left my gate wide open and my dogs got out...on our FIRST (and consequently, last) service day. I found my dogs way down the road. I'm relieved I just happened to be home and caught it within 15 min. Seriously, like 7 out 10 people have dogs!! Not securing a customers property is significantly negligent, an absolute liability nightmare. Adolfo was combative and rude when I confronted him about it. I was absolutely floored that he wasn't apologetic, AT ALL. Quite the contrary. His wife, Shannon, who answers the calls, does billing and customer service, called me & apologized on his behalf and said, "Sometimes he's just a monster!" Uhhh? Ok? I just invited a "monster" onto my property? Thanks for the heads up, Shannon. There are two, single, professional women who reside here. To be told (by the OWNERS WIFE) that the service we hired was operated by a "monster" was very unsettling. If you have dogs, a pool, a gate or are female, I would urge you to go with a different service. It's just not worth it. Obviously, my personal experience and take takeaway from this situation left me feeling like a crisis was narrowly averted.

We woke up to water pouring into our house at 5 in the morning. They quickly got here and put plastic to cover the house, but we had to run fans for two weeks in the attic to dry it out and had to repaint much of the house. Now 15 years later our 40 year guaranteed roof is leaking and they are claiming to not have been the ones who put it on. I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company. We have called many times and they refuse to call us back.
