Horrible service. I wanted to have the interior done, and I was told it would have to wait 45 minutes. I opted out. After my car went through the car wash tunnel, there were other cars getting there interior cleaned. I asked to up grade and would pay the difference in price and the manager told me I would have to wait because there were other cars in front of me. Mind you, my car was already being worked on. He told it would take an additional 10-15 minutes to Armor all my interior. I have worked at a car wash before and it does not take that long, trust me please. I guess they didn't want the extra money and a happy customer. So instead, I settled and wrote this review. My observation was that they didn't have enough employees working there. But the customer should not be punished for that. I would save your 24.99 and do it yourself. read more

Worst car wash experience I've ever had. First the guy running the counter only accepts cash (should have realized this was a red flag) and then he short changes me expecting me not to notice. The vacuum service was a joke my floor mats were left basically untouched. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and it literally took them 1 hour to finally get to my car and "clean" it. Some parts of the automatic washing machine weren't even working and the same guy running the register would go outside and literally rinse the cars down with a water hose lol. For a 30 dollar detail I would of expected a bit more. The outside was decently cleaned wheels shined a bit but I was disappointed with the interior cleaning. They didn't vacuum the back of the vehicle and it was dusty with white particles throughout the interior. The seat had crumbs in it still and it was dirty by the seat belt area. I could of gotten a better car wash back in south east Houston for 20 dollars. I do not recommend this place and won't be back it's a shame since I live only a couple minutes away and now will have to find another place further out. read more

To start of positively the sweet blonde lady and I think her mom working inside are AMAZING. But between my husbands truck and my car we spent $100 to have them hand washed and cleaned inside and neither of our cars looked vacuumed. He still had polish on his window after and we both had trash in our doors. I'll never go back honestly. I hope it gets better for the owners sake. read more

Approximately four cars were being detailed in the parking area, and about five vehicles are waiting for vacuuming. When I showed up, I informed the lady that I wanted the gold package. She stated I could only get the silver because they're getting too busy. Really? I would think that this would be a good thing. That's OK; I'll take my business over to Pirates Cove in Kingwood. Sadly, you lost a customer who's been going there for 12 years. This is the first time I have ever been turned down for service. I usually wash my car at gurdy's but this time I decided I was going to treat myself or whatever. I don't even know where to start. These guys suck, ok. I'd rather clean the car myself. The cup holders were still dirty. The drivers seat was half assed vacuumed. My windshield had cloudy spots on it. My rims still dirty even though I paid for a tire shine. I know it's two different things but how are you gonna shine tires and not at least wipe down the rims? There were still a lot of water spots on my mirrors and a few sections of car. I had an orange juice explode on me a few days ago and didn't have a napkin to wipe it down so a few droplets were on my dash, they are still there. Got my car washed there last week and when they were finished, I discovered 3 of my 4 mats were missing. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told he wasn't there. The lady that collects payment wrote down a phone number that was allegedly the Manager's phone number. I have tried to call multiple times but no answer. They open and close all during the day due to not having enough people. Why work when a family of 5 makes a lot more from government handout. Not all car washes handle their management like this one but prepared for long waits or "temporary closed " signs when you drive up. read more

Lack of customer care Went with my son at 3:15 to clean our cars. i was out pretty promptly. Had to ask for rag to clean as the front open below radio compartment was not even touched and was vert dirty. Rest ok. My son was there until 5. He left with dirty large spots on his hood which he cleaned when he finally got home. They would work between his car and others resulting in the extra time. Come on . We understand busy, but Why not clean one car and then move to next? Covid tome - do not back log drivers ! Y keep more drivers at a time waiting during covid ! Get one done do the next!! They were really nice people! Very helpful and answered any questions I had about the packages offered being this was my first visit. I went with the $30 Gold one, got 20% off because I went between 8-9am. As you can see from the pictures I didn't get what I paid for. I even paid extra for some wax. I was so disappointed! I thought they were going to do great since they weren't rushing because I was the only customer. I was wrong!!! I'm not a complainer so didn't mention anything to them as I got into my car but as I started noticing more and more flaws on my drive home I got angry for spending that amount of money! When we got there a young girl who spoke very low and seemed confused services us which is fine she must've been new. Then we go inside and wait 10 minutes to pay because the older lady at the front was on the phone talking about her life and she didn't even get off the phone to check us out. She took my husbands card while still talking about her life to her friend. Then our car was left on the lot with the door open. No one said anything to indicate it was done we just sat there confused thinking someone would go back to it. THEN I open the door to find their was still a HUGE mud spots still there on all floor mats. I asked if someone could wipe it down better and he half way wiped it down so we just decided to go. I came here today because I thought it would be more convenient because they vacuum your car out for you as opposed to doing all of that myself, but the actual car WASH was mediocre. This one has a big window for you to watch your car go through and a lot of the stuff in the actual wash isn't functional. There's these water sprayers that are supposed to wet the side of your car and three of them aren't even spraying water. This place used to be good but now... it's just sad. read more

This place is just awful. Beautiful Saturday morning to get a car wash. Haven't been here in forever so I thought I would give them a try. Pull in to where the person takes your wash order, no one there. Me and another car wait 5 minutes until a guy walks out and says "yeah". Okay, poor start but I order the wash I want pull up and go inside. As I watch my car go through the wash I'm seeing giant leaks in their hoses gushing water everywhere except into the car, the big wipe things that get the dirt off your car are missing at least 50% of however many are supposed to be in that bar, and when it gets to the end of the wash run, no one is there to drive the car so it's sits for about 30 seconds until someone slowly but surely walks over and gets in. Now as I sit here outside I see 11 cars waiting to be dried off but only 4 people working out here on this beautiful Saturday. Never again! read more

All I can say is holy armor all!!!! My husband went a few months ago and was super unhappy as his ENTIRE TRUCK interior was coated in slippery armor all. Fast forward a few months I give them another chance. Oil change and upgrade care wash. Specifically noted multiple times, no armor all on my seats, floor boards and step rails. Because you know, I slipped around in my husbands truck for weeks!! So that equates to not cleaning my seats, and also equates to STILL ARMOR ALL-ING my gas pedal and brake pedal. Not only super dangerous, but just gross when it's all over your skin, clothes and personal items. I only come here to get my free car wash after an oil change and after today I will never come here again. I waited 30 minutes while my car just sat at the car wash because "they were waiting for more cars." I VERY politely made the receptionist aware of how long I have been waiting and I'm not sure if she thought I couldn't see her but she went outside and mocked me to the people out there. This car wash does a terrible job in washing and cleaning your vehicle inside. I thought that by new owners taking over, things were going to be better, but that is not the case. My husband and i took both of our vehicles there, and after they finished with them, the cars were still dirty. The owner needs to hire people that know what they are doing. Got an oil change with a detail. This place was bought out and rebranded not too long ago. The service was quick and efficient and it came with the car wash, but was expected for the $35.00 oil change price. It took about 45 minutes for the oil change and car wash detail. I took my car here for full service wash, then the next day, my windshield wiper blade fell off as soon as I went to use it. They bent the entire wiper. A new blade wouldn't even stay on. $70 later, new windshield wiper. Cost triple the crappy car wash I received. Wouldn't never go here again. read more

After wash wipedown was ok, but applying armoral was dismil.. Had to point out all the missed spots. In fact I borrowed the application brush to finish the running boards. I've been coming here for years and recently the quality has been terrible!! front desk woman (elderly) has had consistent attitude.. when she got checked on it today she gave a sob story.. the quality of the after wash detail had gone to above amazing to me having to go back and show someone what wasn't done! when I got in my car (I babysit) there was still large crumbs in seats I had left one chip in the uncovered center console to see if anyone would clean it and of course that one chip was still there.. after showing the lady that was working on my car she shook her head.. few minutes later I get flagged down I get in car seats still having crumbs and the large chip is still unmoved! There is absolutely no shampoo'n seats & etc by the way all he gives you is white spray which he doesn't even realize that it's actually tire shine lol He literally does regular car wash routines but calls it detailing bc he has nice vans to show for it. Nothing they do is technical, all basic . The boss runs his workers to the ground. He gives them no break, keeps all tips, doesn't give them a schedule, work them however long he wants & he rushes them to do every car so that he can get all the money he can get in a day ,which forces them to do a half job most the time. He doesn't use extra shampoo or anything he literally only uses white spray (tire shine tht dnt belong inside a car), mr clean & Windex . That's false advertisement for sure. He encourages his workers to take the same amount of time with every car no matter how dirty it is or what it needs & that's not realistic because everybody car is different. When his workers ask for a break he literally disregards it & sends another address for the next car. He'd have them outside for 12 hrs a day, 6 days a week (which in nyc is illegal if job requires driving) & wouldn't ask once what you ate , only says "tomorrow 8:30". If you complain too much on it he threatens that he'll just a get a Mexican to fill your spot. I was a worker here & I almost died on the job literally , got hit by a car & the boss ask me if I still want to work lol I went to the hospital & all he txt me was "you ok ?? see you Monday" lol real piece of shit. read more

I took truck to get fluids changed and after I left I went two miles down the road and had antifreeze leaking everywhere and took my truck back and they could not find leak and I took to mechanic the next day and he said my radiator heater core was busted from the pressure from the flush machine. I wash my car regularly (once a week) and normally I go to Blue Wave. I only gave this place a quick run because I just got a rental car that needed to be washed badly. This place is beyond disastrous! First off the signage is terrible. You don't know where you're going because there's no way to know without someone telling you. I wasn't helped for about 3 minutes when I arrived, even though a man clearly saw me waiting and didn't care. Finally he goes to get another staff member to help me and she is extremely unprofessional. After I pay they tell me to ride around and prepare to go inside the wash. There's a car in front of me that isn't moving so I'm sitting for an additional 4 minutes waiting for someone to move the car! Eventually someone comes out and tells me that the machine is broke and I can go around and get a refund. When I get inside no one is there! I will never be back to this hole in the wall! First time here. Came in about 4:30 on a Wednesday. Got the gold package for $29.99 and it was worth every penny to me. My car on the inside hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I'm talking dog hair, spilled drinks, dirty leather seats and just dusty. Got in and it's almost as clean as when I first bought it. Outside is very clean as well. I was out within an hour. I dropped my car off to get detailed on a Wednesday afternoon last week. I usually keep a few dollars in cash in my front console, but this week I had $15. Instead of putting it in my purse I decided to put the cash in my center console, not thinking anything of it. When I picked up my car I didn't even check for the money until the next day to pay for coffee and to my surprise it was gone! I couldn't believe that someone would steal money out of my car!
