That Somerville place now calls itself "Everfitness" and has already accumulated a similar slew of negative reviews since absolutely nothing has changed. Time will tell whether this location is using the same playbook...fingers crossed it isn't, because it would be nice to have a decent gym instead.

Paul and the team create a supportive and funny atmosphere and I LOOK FORWARD to each session. I have a home gym, but I still go to FT-Arlington because it is just a better workout. He always makes me feel at ease in our sessions, and reminds me that I AM STRONG. Let's talk data for you data-driven folks. Over the month I have been working with him, Jonah has gently pushed me to double my lifting capacity in both my squat and chest-press. I have lost 1.7 lbs. (slow and steady wins the race), gained 1.3 lbs. of muscle mass, and reduced my body fat by 2%. If you have ever tried to change your body, you know this is pretty decent progress. He has a great personality, and I like talking to him (okay - I like talking to almost anyone, but especially Jonah, because he's so fun and interesting!). He is a genuinely GOOD person. I feel very safe with him, and I look forward to our sessions twice a week.
