Since I've joined, a workout has not been repeated. Dre and the coaches are attentive and make sure you're performing every movement correctly so you don't get hurt. They also push you along the way when they know you got a little more in you. Dre has helped me face my fears and has pushed me in movements that I'm not a fan of doing. The music selection is always poppin' too! They have a good schedule and offer various classes; high intensity training, cardio classes (called Strowke), Culo and Core class on Satudays (booty growing class). The facility is always clean and organized. They have 2 bathrooms in which 1 has a shower. They provide hygienic products, scrunchies, first-aid kit, pads and tampons. Also, they have a lot of parking available.

The coaches are inspiring and always looking to push each athlete to the limit while looking out for their safety and well being. The facility is top notch and always very clean. The monthly membership is reasonable considering everything it has to offer! The athlete's levels range from mostly experienced competitors to beginners. This place goes beyond just CF and their programming will get you hooked after a few sessions. I highly recommend dropping in and checking it out. You won't regret it.

The base boasts an amazing fitness center and the MWR tickets and outdoor recreation services especially with Isaiah on top of logistics. The one star is solely due to the FACE of our bravest: the installation entry controllers aka the gate guard who ought to be ashamed of abusing his power like a bully. RODRIGUEZ ...other than being incomprehensible with what I can only assume is a possible speech problem, takes his authority too far. Bottom line: RODRIGUEZ has a chip on his shoulder. I've reported it to his OIC who informed that he would take corrective action. However, should this happen to you, REPORT IT. He's on the radar.

First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection

Huge thanks to Diandra L for introducing me to this fabulous gym!…read more In town for a family wedding, I kicked off my Saturday morning with a P.I.T. Conditioning class with Sara. My cousin was my partner in class and there was no lack of motivation as we made our way through 20 stations and got a full body workout including strength and cardio. Sara and Nico were both super welcoming and this gym has an awesome community feel to it where everyone feels welcome. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be a regular here. Instead, I'll keep it in mind for future visits!

I have done this workout at their Wynwood studio and also the Little River location so I knew I was in for a challenging but fun workout. The workout format is PIT (Partner interval training) so you rotate around the room with a partner for 20 stations for 2 minutes each. Depending on the exercise you and your partner alternate for reps or time or work together. If you're someone who has anxiety about trying a new gym and having to pair up with someone you don't know - do not worry about this here! The trainer and also everyone in the class are welcoming and friendly so it's a-ok if you are walking in alone. I love the idea of pairing up with someone who's super into the class because it pushes me to lift heavier, try harder and make them proud. I have gone to Nico's 7:10 am class for the last two weeks and then another Saturday class with Andre. They break up the classes into strength, conditioning and performance days to focus on different styles of training, but I have grown to love the set up of this workout. The studio does have some parking spots in front, but there is also plenty of metered parking nearby as well as a garage. Pro-tip - if you go to a class before 9 am, the meters are free. You'll also want to be sure to bring a towel to this workout as the studio does require it. It's def needed because you work up a sweat and don't want to leave your equipment sweaty for your partner or other class participants. The energy and music during the classes with fuel you to an epic calorie burn, that is gaurenteed!

Overall: Cleanliness:…read more Service: Quality: Efficiency: Value: I really want to love this location -- it has the space, the equipment, and the potential -- but it honestly can be one of the dirtiest gyms I've been to in Miami. The bathrooms are never clean. Yesterday they were flooded; today they were just plain filthy. Nobody was around cleaning either time. You look up at the vents, and they're packed with dust -- possibly mold. The equipment is often covered in sweat stains, and half the time there's no cleaning spray or paper towels to wipe anything down. For what members pay, that's just unacceptable. Service is hit or miss. Most of the staff are friendly on a good day, but today the front attendant seemed completely uninterested. There's rarely anyone walking the floor making sure things are in order or helping maintain basic gym etiquette. Quality is decent -- there's a lot of equipment, and most of it works -- but it's chaos trying to find what you need. Weights are never where they belong, and no one enforces re-racking. You'll find a 50-pound dumbbell in the 10-pound slot more often than not. That kind of disorganization really kills the experience. Efficiency suffers because of all of the above. Between the crowding, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the "meat market" culture where people are more focused on chatting and flirting than actually working out, it's hard to get in, train, and get out efficiently. Value is average. The monthly fee isn't terrible, but given how dirty and disorganized this gym is, it doesn't feel worth it. South Florida gyms can and should do better -- especially one carrying the UFC name. Overall: -- Could be a five-star gym if it were maintained with the same discipline UFC represents. The management there seems really cool (I can't imagine they would be ok with this) but the last month or so, it's been going down hill. Right now, it's a 1-2 star experience at best.
