DELICIOUS Donuts!! Warm a gooey, the family smashed these within minutes!

Super cute coffee shop with a huge variety of food and tasty treats. They even have a spot for younger kiddos to play. Staff is very friendly, so happy we stumbled on this shop on our road trip.

1/2 French toast and 1/2 powdered sugar mini donuts made fresh to order

Pass by every other day and decided to stop by. Had the Hot Dirty Horchata. OMG. Need I say more ? Also had 1 dozen donuts-1/2 French toast and 1/2 powdered sugar. Very fresh and made to order. With that being said- Be Prepared to wait more than a few minutes to make these as you are waiting in the drive-thru window. Can also order online and pick up. Honey wanted hibiscus tea, but they did not have any aquas today (bummer). Stop by and give Romeros a try. Love love the coffee!

Oh boy. So glad we stopped in here on a bike ride today. Ride through Ennis and looked for a coffee spot. Nothing downtown had us check out Romero's. So thankful we did. The coffee was excellent, mini donuts (French toast ones were our favorite) some of the best ever, and friendly staff so helpful. Please check this place out. So, so, so good.

Mini donuts: Nutella and Oreo toppings, so fresh!

The mini-donuts really hit the spot on our day trip to Ennis to see the bluebonnets. The bf was looking for coffee and we happened upon their coffee & donut sign. It's a drive-thru window in a church building, so not your typical business setup. Drive through the church parking lot and you'll see it. The donuts were made to order, came out hot and crispy! Each order is 6 mini-donuts and up to 2 flavors. Loved our choices of Nutella and Oreo. Will definitely return next time we're in Ennis.

    Cute little decor

The donuts were very fun and the kids enjoyed them. They tasted good but took a while for a 24 pack to be made. Coffee was OK.

Every month is a new coffee flight, their food is awesome and their mini donuts remind me of State Fair food, but better.

We walked in and it was a good sized bakery that was well lit, bright, with plenty of places to sit. There was a variety of fresh baked breads, muffins, pies, as well as other things to choose from. I wanted a sandwich so I went up to the counter. The person working there was nice. She gave me a few minutes to decide what I wanted. I placed my order, paid, and waited for my name to be called. After about 10 minutes my name was called, I grabbed my order and we were off. As far as the food goes it was delicious. I ordered the Petite Turkey Cranberry Sandwich which comes with turkey, lettuce, apple, cream cheese and honey drizzle. It was the perfect size for traveling and didn't leave me overly full. Overall, Collin Street Bakery was a good place to stop with a clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and several bakery food options.

I love pecan pie but nobody in my family does so when I get a chance to get a slice, I do. I was so excited to take my first bite. It was so nasty. I went to get some cookies, 2 lemon cookies and 2 tart cookies, 2 chocolate w/nuts cookies. The tart, one bite, gross, the lemon, one bite gross, the chocolate was good. Since we had already left I couldn't get my money back. In the trash they went.

Nestled in downtown Corsicana in a building dating back to the early 1900s, Mita's exudes a trendy yet nostalgic vibe with a fantastic menu to match. We ordered the Chai Tea Latte and the Apple Christmas Tea. They offer several seating areas perfect for conversation, relaxation, or hanging out. A standout feature is their book section, which highlights local authors and adds a unique charm to the space. My wife loved her Chai Tea Latte, calling it delicious, while my Apple Christmas Tea was hands down the best cup of tea I've ever had. We ended up staying for lunch because of doing some remote work. I had the Bacon and Spinach quiche which was amazing! Cristina had the Chicken salad that came with a cucumber salad. She said it was awesome! I would come back just to the cucumber salad! You don't just visit Mita's--you experience it. Well done! If you're ever in Corsicana, Mita's Coffee House is a must-stop destination.
